He watched as a car pulled into a street parking spot and the door opened.

Clara didn't look at him again. She turned and walked up the steps. "Let's get this over with quickly. Save everyone the trouble."

Daniel was already waiting for them. Seeing them, he asked, "Do you both have all your documents?"

"Yes."
