The One I Should've Married (Stella and Sebastian) novel Chapter 125

Hearing that Stella had extorted fifteen billion from Nathaniel, Sebastian raised an eyebrow at Kellen. "Is the intel accurate?"

Judging by how cheerful she had sounded on the phone, he assumed she had just squeezed some loose change out of Lawrence.

He never imagined she'd rip fifteen billion right out of Nathaniel's hands.

Her brilliant little mind was working incredibly fast...

Kellen nodded firmly. "Completely accurate. Not only that, she also kidnapped Carson!"

Landon was stunned.

Sebastian paused.

She took the money!

And kidnapped the man!

A slow, dangerous smile spread across Sebastian's face. He looked across the table at Landon. "Isn't she just as adorable as she was three years ago?"

Landon was utterly speechless.

Adorable? Did his brother need a dictionary?

Every single person in the city was calling her a monster!

Sebastian tossed his chess piece onto the board and stood up, heading for the door.

Right at the threshold of The Whispering Gallery, he paused.

Looking back at Landon, he casually dropped another bomb. "Oh, by the way, did you know that while Fiona was doing charity work, she met Dante Langer?"

"I heard he's secretly preparing a massive proposal. No idea if it's for Fiona, though."

"But she has been staying overseas for the past two years."

Whether or not it was actually Dante Langer proposing to her was a mystery.

Honestly, Sebastian didn't care; his entire focus was on his own little troublemaker.

The moment the words left his mouth, the veins on Landon's hand bulged violently as he squeezed his chess piece.

A storm raged in his dark eyes before he forcefully buried it back down.

But the terrifying aura rolling off him made it clear he was far from calm.

Sebastian smirked and walked away.

Suffocated by Landon's oppressive presence, Kellen practically sprinted to catch up with Sebastian.

They walked a good distance before Kellen finally spoke. "Has Mr. Vance really not looked for Ms. Quinn all these years?"

It had been five years.

The fallout from that incident five years ago still sent shivers down Kellen's spine.

Before that, Landon and Fiona had been inseparable.
