Chapter 218
Chapter 218
Yorick
The rest of the week went by without any problems and once I knew Cyra was completely healed, I showed her how happy I was that she was healthy
again.
Over the weekend, we slept in, let our wolves run together, studied together, ate together, and had sex. A lot. It was amazing. I know I’m here to become in incredible warrior, we both are, but it’s a lot easier to work hard when you get to play hard too.
I almost dread Sunday night, knowing we’ll have to go back to classes tomorrow. Almost. I’ve been skimming through our books for this semester and I’m still hopeful that something in all of this will give me the information I need to help Cyra break her alliance bond.
On our way back from dinner, I check my mail, seeing a letter from Wendy. It reminds me that I got an email from her over the weekend that I haven’t read yet.
“Oh shit,” I say.
“What?” Cyra asks, looking at the letter in my hand.
“Wendy wrote me twice. That means I’m going to have to write her back.”
Cyra laughs. “It’s not like it’s some terrible thing to write a letter, Yorick. She’s your sister. Maybe she’s giving you information about your family.”
“You could give me some incentive to write her,” I purr at her.
“What kind of intentive?” she asks. Tonight, we’re sleeping in her room. We’ve started alternating so that both of our rooms smell like the other.
“You could study naked while I write my letter,” I say, making her laugh.
“That’s not an incentive, Yorick. That’s called a distraction.”
“You can be a distracting incentive.”
When we step into her room, she turns and runs her hands over my chest, “An incentive would be something like me saying, ‘If you finish a letter to your sister, I’ll give you a blow job,” she says.
“How many pages does it have to be,” I ask in rapid fire staccato. My dick is already going hard with the thought of Cyra’s perfect mouth wrapped around
“At least two,” she says, laughing.
“On it,” I say, grabbing my computer off her desk and getting settled on her loveseat before opening my email.
“Shouldn’t you read her letters first?” she says to me, getting one of her books and sitting on the other end of the loveseat. This is our new way of studying together, our legs entwined while we study.
I open the paper letter first and read it.
‘Hey Yorick!
I know you didn’t expect to hear from me so soon, but since I wanted to encourage you to write me quickly, I wrote the day you left
It’s already too quiet here. How can you have so much of a presence here that I already miss you?
After you left, everyone talked about how proud they are of you. It makes me wonder if maybe I should apply to the Warrior Academy, Imear.I’m/ hoping that Henry is my mate, you know that, but if he’s not… I can’t stay here and watch him take a chosen mate. I need a path, a plan in ca happens.

Chapter 218
“So dramatic,” I murmur.
“What’s that?”
“I told you about Alpha Henry, one of our allies?”
“Yes.”
“Well, he saved my younger sister’s life about a year ago and ever since then, she’s had an obsession that borders on hero worship. She’s hoping that he’s her mate, but Henry is older, early thirties, so he’s getting anxious to find his mate. Wendy is worried that he’ll take a chosen mate before she turns eighteen. So, now, she’s worried that even if he doesn’t take a chosen mate, they won’t be mates and as she says ‘I need a path, a plan, in case the worst happens.‘ The worst being that Henry isn’t her mate,” I say, rolling my eyes.
“That’s kind of sweet, actually,” Cyra says.
“It’s dramatic,” I say, going back to the letter.
Wendy finishes this letter by letting me know she thinks Connor’s mate, Madison, is pregnant again. That wouldn’t surprise me. She also says that my parents are planning to return to Quirin and Kennedy’s pack in the next couple of weeks.
I’ve just set the letter down and picked up my laptop when I feel Cyra’s foot sliding over my length that is never completely soft when she’s near me. The moment her foot touches me, I’m rock hard.
“Doesn’t this fall into the distraction category?” I ask her.
“It’s encouragement,” she purrs, her eyes getting darker as she slides her foot up and down my hard length.
“Is this a challenge, Cyra? Because I really do like seeing those pretty lips wrapped around my cock.”
“Hmmm, incentive with a challenge. The offer still stands IF you write the letter, but we’ll see if you’re not tearing my clothes off by the time your letter is
done.”
“You realize I win either way, right?” I growl at her.
“You realize I do too, right?” she asks, biting her lip.
I growl softly, before tearing my eyes away and trying hard to focus on Wendy’s letter instead of Cyra’s foot rubbing against me.
I can feel Wendy’s excitement much more in this letter.
‘OH MY GODDESS, YORRIE! YOU FOUND YOUR MATE!
Of course she’s an Alpha female. You’re a very strong Alpha and would need a strong woman at your side. But what the fuck is this about an alliance bond? I had to look it up and this could be a huge problem, Yorrie. I asked Connor if he had ever heard of them.
(Madison is pregnant again by the way, so make sure you congratulate him the next time you talk to him.)
Anyway, Connor said they are bonds formed through a forced mate bond to ally packs together. Who forces a woman into a mate band with someone she’s not fated to? So then, I looked up her father.
Alpha Arden has been Alpha for nearly twenty years. They’re in one of the eastern packs, in case you didn’t know. His mate died in childbirth and from what I could tell, they were chosen mates. Maybe he doesn’t have any respect for the fated mate bond. But seriously, what Alpha doesn’t?
Anyway, send me a picture of your gorgeous mate. I want to see her.
I got to see Henry yesterday. He came by to see Connor and I encouraged him to stay for dinner, which he did. He’s apparently planning some krip west to visit some packs there, something about his mother’s family. Maybe he’ll drop in and see you. Then he can meet the beautiful Cyră too.
Love you, big bro,

The readers' comments on the novel: The Pack's Doctor
157 is all gibberish as well. I can't undeestand anything about the famiky leaving, & what her mom is saying about the work sge needs to do in her relashionship.. the auther seriously needs to rewrite or edit all these errors....
The beginning of Chapter 156 is all gibberish.. wth??!!?? Why does this happen all the time 🫤...
Great story but im at chapter 137 & there's a lot of parts where the words are all scrambled leaving the reader to have to try and desipher what is being said. That kind of disrupts the flow .....
It's my favorite book of all the books about warewolves that I've read! I come back to reread it again and again, after finishing another not so enthralling story from another author. I will soon know this story by heart, but it's still way more pleasureable to read than all the rest :)...
