Daniel’s POV-

I have woken up early today, mostly because it is Olivia’s birthday, my queen’s birthday. I wanted to give

back?” Gold asked.

I nodded, but remained silent, knowing he would know to explain it all because I had stayed silent. “It was

Vargas, requesting a business meeting with me and Olivia. He all but demanded that I meet him and

honor the deal that he made with Harry Jones for Olivia. He said he doesn’t even care if she has been

deflowered by that piece of trash biker boyfriend that is a part of the Phoenix Knights. He threatened your life, Carnage. He knows of her and our involvement in the Phoenix Knights. We already knew he would say something like that. It was a calculated risk we had to take, but now we

know he is watching her and the club, given that he called me a piece of trash biker boyfriend. I shrugged,

“He can threaten me all he likes. But over my dead body, is he even getting anywhere near her.”

“We figured you would say that. I also have no intention of meeting his demands. You keep her close to

you today. Do not leave her side, and keep Mike and Devil close while at school. We are still sending ten

men with you to stay outside the school. While you are there, we are going to have church and try to come

up with more ideas about what we can do, besides drawing him out by you proposing to her. She is

eighteen now, so the police won’t aid in the search straight away like they would for a minor,” Dad said.

I nodded, “I will never leave her side, not now, not ever. I still intend on proposing to her tomorrow. Is that

all?”

Prez cleared his throat, “One final thing, we are going to hand these out over breakfast. But CB and Web had a good idea. Tracking devices to tag a car or bike with. I want you to take some now. Keep some on

you at all times.”

He handed me a box of ten of the small tracking devices. We have never had a need for them before, but right now, I will take anything that could help me protect my queen. I took it and stood up, a smirk
