Olivia’s POV-

After getting some food, Prez and Dad had forty men total outside. Dantel was adamant about me being his backpack for tonight. I think as the closer we get to the day, the more protective Daniel is going to get. He is going to be keeping me closer if that was even possible. Thankfully, Prez yielded to what Daniel wanted, because I am Daniel’s old lady. As much as I am a future ranked member of the club, Daniel still gets to have a say in my safety.

We headed out to our bikes and got our helmets on. We drove straight to the steakhouse, arriving there five minutes early. I hopped off the back of Daniel’s bike and took my helmet off. I could see through the windows of the steakhouse, I spotted Mr Robinson sitting at the bar with a couple of his men. He never went anywhere without his men. Those two were the same men as last time.

He is already in there with two of his men. The same two that came with him last time,” I said. Dad stepped closer to me and said, “You stay with me and Carnage, and you do not leave our sides.”

Thirty of you stay out here and watch over the bikes and watch out for danger. Me, Mike, Carnage, Dragon, and Gold are going in with Queenie, so I need five more to come in with us,” Prez said, waiting to see who volunteered.

Everyone raised their hands, but Prez only selected five of them. Then we headed over to the steakhouse, with those swarming around me like an impenetrable shield. As we entered the steakhouse, I realized he had closed it for this meeting. I stepped into Mr Robinson’s view, and he smiled, “Well, well, Olivia, you are a Knight.”

“Only recently, but I should have been from birth. My egg donor deprived me of my loving and biological father,” I replied.

Mr Robinson nodded, and gestured to one of the tables, “Let’s take a seat. I am going to assume that this is a long story. You know when I met you last year, I could, you were hiding a lot about yourself, and were very, very clearly looking for a way out of whatever you were going through. That is why I offered you the job. When you refused, that is why I gave you that phone. I wanted to be there to help you when you were ready.”

“I wasn’t ready then, but if it wasn’t for my fiancé, I would have never met my biological father, so things worked out for me. Well aside from the danger,” I said.

“Ah yes, your biological father, Mr William Anderson, pleasure to meet you,” Mr Robinson said, offering his hand for my father to shake.

“She told me, and honestly, knowing most of the things she had done prior to me even finding out she was alive and mine, I am a very proud father,” Dad smiled pridefully at me.

Mr Robinson smiled, his gaze moving to Daniel, who was still holding my hand tightly. Mr Robinson offered his hand to Daniel, “And you must be the strapping young man who scored one hell of a woman. Daniel Phillips, right?”

Daniel shook his hand and nodded, “I didn’t score her, she has been mine from the day we locked eyes,

and she knows it. I prefer to be called Carnage.”

“You look like the type of man who would cause carnage,” Mr Robinson chuckled.

“How do you think I got that name?” Daniel responded with a rhetorical question, and a smirk on his face.

Mr Robinson took his seat, and we all sat down. “So, what is the story that led to this danger that you are

in?”

Daniel’s arm wrapped reassuringly around me, his touching grounding me, as I began to tell the story of abuse that I suffered at the hands of my egg donor and her husband, and how her husband had sold me to Vargas. I could see Mr Robinson and his men having a very hard time keeping a neutral expression. The anger in their eyes said it all.

“So, Romano Vargas, has reared his head here, because he wants you,” Mr Robinson said.

I nodded. Mr Robinson rubbed his brow, and sighed, “Whatever you need, you have it. He is one of the last people I have to kill, to fully avenge what happened to my daughter. He supplied the guys who kidnapped my daughter, with the guns that they used.”

“I guess that is why you are in the city then,” I replied.

Mr Robinson nodded, “Of course, I want him dead. That being said, I don’t care who does it, as long as he is dead. You are going to have the full force of my company to take him down. Let’s start with what you

r need.”

“He has set a trap to no doubt capture me. We have agreed that the best option would be to spring it, and when I get the chance, I will kill him if this lot doesn’t get to me before then. That being said, we need a way to be able to track me without using a tracker that could be blocked with a jammer,” I explained. “You remember our conversation last time we met about the Beta particles,” he smirked, making me nod my head.

“Of course, I remember. It was what I was hoping you would help us with,” I said.

“Well, it has yet to be tested in a real situation, so there is that risk. But so far, all the tests that have been done are very promising. I will also offer use of my satellite. It has infrared capabilities. I will be able to provide a monitoring set up for you all,” he smiled.

Chapter 91-

Prez nodded in response to the question. Mr Robinson smiled, “Perhaps I can give you my number. You see, I have so many men coming back from Iraq and Afghanistan, wanting to join my company after they finish their tours, but they can’t pass the psychological evaluation. So, as a company that has to operate within the laws of this country, and internationally, I can’t accept thern. Maybe I can send them to you.”

“I will give you my number,” Prez said.

“Good. Now, back to the task at hand. How long do I have to get everything you need?” Mr Robinson
