The Primordial Record novel Chapter 2018

Chapter 2018: Love-Sick Fool

The map being created by Eos was made from the Singularity he had taken from Primordial Time in his temple. At first, this map seemed useless after he began changing Eosah’s Reality, and many of its contents became useless, but it was a Singularity, and after it was completely refined by Eos, and he created links that merged the memory pool of his Archai and the map, its true purpose began to shine.

Eos had no problem placing the entirety of Limbo in his mind, all of its nine-dimensional axes that led to all nine separate dimensions that were combined as one. At his present level, Eos could comfortably hold a third of Limbo in his consciousness, and if he reached the ninth-dimensional level, he should be able to hold all of Limbo in his head.

For now, this map could help him and his allies, because the Map could perfectly work with other Primordials, especially for Sheba, the Primordial of Unbroken Horizon, whose body was a living castle.

More than any Primordial, her Origin Essence could integrate with this map perfectly, and using it, she could theoretically travel anywhere in Limbo. Eos had been able to cut a journey of a hundred thousand years short because he had applied the power of the Map.

However, he was bringing out the map at this time for another purpose, and it was related to the Beast of Inevitability.

"Is this a map of Limbo? How is this possible?" The Beast asked in astonishment.

"The base of this map is a Singularity called... Map," Eos smiled, "I took it from Xyris, the Ancient Primordial of Time, but I have transformed it into something new."

"I am sure there is a purpose for showing me this map," the Beast said with curiosity in its eyes.

Eos nodded, "Yes, there is. You see, I have an Agreement with the Ancient Primordials, Enoch and Death, that we would fight a proxy war in the realms that I control. This war is expected to have a maximum duration of twelve billion years, and I am not expected to fight the battle in my main form because I am expected to be digesting the power of the Primordial Record."

The turtle scrunched his blue eyes a little bit, making it appear extremely cute, "But... that is not what you are going to be doing?"

Eos smiled, "I do not need the Origin Essence inside the Primordial Record, it belongs to Existence in the first place, and gathering all of that stolen power inside my body is a recipe for disaster, but I cannot let my enemies get a hold of this power also. I will be fighting this battle, but not in the forms that they would ever think I would be using."

The turtle slowly nodded in realization, "Right... but I have not... I have not yet seen where I come into all of this."

"Ah, you are to show me the state of Existence before the Ancient Primordials began to devour everything." Eos pointed out, "It is extremely rare for me to find anyone who had lived before the Ancient Primordials began their rampage across Existence, especially one like you who is so powerful that few things in Existence would be able to hide from you."

The tail of the turtle carrying the snake head scratched the turtle’s head in confusion, "What would knowing about the topography of Existence before it became Limbo do for you. I doubt such ancient knowledge is important."

Even if any other Primordial would call her a fool, Circe was ready to die before allowing a single leaf on a tree be destroyed. There was so much beauty here that could not be described.

However, she was not visiting Eos, whom she knew to be very busy on a whim, several strange occurrences had been happening inside her Origin Realm, and she was sure that it must be related to Eos. After more than a hundred thousand years of trying to find a solution, the unknown instincts to keep this truth away from him had faded.

She did not understand where all of these instincts came from, but she trusted them, and now that this unknown barrier was gone, she immediately came over to look for Eos, and she was met with the lively scene of thousands of his Incarnations walking around and talking to each other.

Some of them looked up and saw her descending, and they smiled and waved at her, causing her heart to almost explode out of her chest.

One of them was more than enough to have thousands of them, and knowing that each one here was a unique individual but still a part of one awesome whole was mind-blowing, and even as a Primordial, she nearly swooned.

"Get it together, Circe, and stop acting like a love-sick fool before your Lord," she chastised herself.

"Oh, what is it you were saying about being sick?" a cool and amused voice spoke behind her, and Circe wished to be buried a million feet under the earth.
