After a while, Larissa pulled back her hand and took a small bottle from her pocket. She poured out a pill and handed it to Sally.
“Take this, along with my needle therapy, you’ll be fully recovered in less than a month.”
Sally quickly took the pill and swallowed it. Immediately, her body felt much lighter.
Her face lit up with an eager, flattering smile.
“Larissa, you’re amazing. You’re the only one who can fix my problem.
“I always wondered why, whenever you took care of me, my body got better.
“Now I finally understand–your medical skill is incredible. And you’re Tim’s mentee.”
If she had known how capable Larissa really was–not only skilled in medical and Tim’s mentee, but also the perfect SAT scorer this year, far surpassing their carefully raised Julia–she would never have treated Larissa so badly.
But sadly, you can’t undo the past.
Watching Sally’s pleading face, Larissa didn’t feel even a bit moved.
She took out her needles and began the treatment.
Morris stood nearby, wanting to speak but holding back.
Half an hour later, Larissa finished the treatment.
“My business with your family is done. After this, we’re strangers.”
Without another glance, Larissa turned and left.
Sally couldn’t help but sigh, overwhelmed with regret.
The Turners had completely lost Larissa.
Even if they regretted it and wanted her back, it was already too late.
“Mom, just focus on reovering. Don’t worry about anything else,” Morris said, concerned.
Sally was heartbroken and said, “Honestly, how can you be so dumb at your age?
“You couldn’t even recognize your daughter. All these years, you’ve been played, tricked right

under your nose.
“And now we’ve lost Larissa. It’s all for nothing.
“The Turner Group ending up like this is all your own fault.
“Remember–never cause trouble for Larissa again.
“With her status now, punishing us would be a piece of cake for her.”
Morris hung his head, full of regret.

Just then, his phone rang. It was a call from the company executives. The voice on the other end was panicked and anxious, “Mr. Turner, the company’s cash flow is broken. All our major partners are pulling out. We won’t be able to survive much longer!”
Morris felt his vision go black and almost fainted.
Sally’s face was pale as she trembled, asking, “How could this happen?”
Morris slumped weakly into his chair and murmured, “It has to be Priscilla. She said she’d make us pay. She must have leaked the company’s secrets.”
Sally closed her eyes in despair, tears slipping down her cheeks.
The once–powerful Turners were now on the verge of collapse.
Meanwhile, Larissa had already left the hospital, walking with light, confident steps.
The feud with the Turners was finally over.
She and Monkey boarded a private plane, heading for Eldercrown.
As soon as they got off, they got into a luxury car and drove to Everwell Pharma’s branch office.
Larissa said, “Before school starts, I want to work on developing smart chips. If I succeed, it’ll help people get better healthcare in the future.
“And during this time, I don’t want anyone to bother me.”
Monkey hadn’t expected that Larissa had started another research project.
Whatever she set her mind to, she always succeeded.
And whatever she made was always good for the country and the people.
“Got it, boss. I’ll take care of all your needs so that no one can bother you.”
