Kent hurried over with several men following closely behind, and the sound of police sirens echoed in the distance.

David tried desperately to dash to his car and escape, but it was already too late. Police officers stepped forward and handcuffed him on the spot.

Jensen looked Nina over anxiously to check her injuries, then quickly untied the hemp rope around her ankles. Obvious red chafing marks covered her wrists and ankles.
