“That’s not the point! Someone saw you–that’s enough,” Tara shot back, completely self- assured. “Nina, let me make one thing clear. Chase and Katrina are very close. Stop trying to get involved with him!”

After being provoked again and again, Nina didn’t hold back. She stood up and said with a smile, “Tara, do you realize that spreading rumors and slander in public can have legal consequences?”

“I’m not spreading rumors. Everything I said is true! We all know now–at Mountain Resort, when Chase didn’t show up, it was because you interfered. Nina, you have no shame!
