Worried that the pill might take a while to kick in, and equally afraid he wouldn't be able to control himself, Zane dawdled outside the shower for quite some time before finally stepping in.
By then, Elara had already finished rinsing off and was soaking in the massive bathtub.
Hearing his footsteps approach, she squeezed her eyes shut, terrified he was going to walk over completely naked.
Well, even if he wasn't naked now, he would be soon enough.
Zane untied the towel from his waist and stepped into the shower, keeping his back to her.
He didn't think walking around naked made him look cool, so he wasn't in the habit of parading his assets.
The moment the water stopped running, Elara frantically grabbed a small washcloth and draped it over her face, terrified of seeing what was between his legs.
Zane walked over to the tub and gently lifted the cloth from her face. Elara instantly clamped her hands over her eyes.
"Sleepy?"
His deep voice resonated from right above her. "Turn off the lights," she mumbled through her fingers.
Was she feeling shy?
Zane grasped her wrists and pulled her hands away. He leaned down, kissing her softly on the lips.
He pinned her arms to the edges of the tub, deepening the kiss. His lips trailed down to her jaw before his teeth grazed the edge of the washcloth, gently pulling it away.
Elara was too embarrassed to open her eyes. She tried to cover her face again, but her wrists were locked in his grip.
"Turn off the lights, please."
"They're off," he murmured softly.
She peeked through one eye, terrified his massive manhood would be right in her face.
Thankfully, it wasn't. All she saw was his devastatingly handsome face.
He noticed her fluttering eyelashes and her timid demeanor.
He chuckled softly. "What are you so afraid of? Or rather, what are you afraid of seeing?"
His gaze burned with intensity. Unable to hold eye contact, she lowered her head. "Turn off the lights so you don't see my flaws."
