Nikolai takes a deep breath and kneels beside her. "Mom, don't panic. Take your time and tell us what's wrong. I'm sure there's a misunderstanding we can clear up."

"Yeah, Mom, just breathe," Jake adds, standing tall and protective. "Tell us what's going on. We'll handle it together."

But Deanna is completely lost in her own nightmare. She clutches her head, rocking back and forth. "How is this possible... What do I do? I don't believe it... I can't believe it..." she sobs uncontrollably.

Realizing they aren't going to get a coherent answer out of her, Jake scans the room. His sharp eyes land on the scattered photographs and documents strewn across the floor. He has a sinking feeling that whatever is on those pages caused this breakdown.

He picks up the photos and stiffens. They are clear shots of his father intimately holding another woman. So, his dad has a mistress.
