Chapter 110 Crushed in an Instant
Elizabeth said calmly, “For giving an honest report, you get one sedative too.”
Milo lit up and couldn’t stop thanking her.

With those two examples, and Blackrat getting punished on the spot, the others started getting restless. All their built–up fear and anger finally had a way out.
“Boss! I have a report! Blackrat and Hardfist were whispering at night about how they’d make you pay the second they found a way out!”
“Yeah! I heard it, too! They’ve cursed you more than once. Said sooner or later they’d…”
Blackrat listened as the same people who used to obey him now turned on him, spilling everything–their plans and all the insults.
When he heard them talk about escaping and getting revenge on Elizabeth, he knew he was done for.
That crushing terror instantly turned into the madness of a cornered beast.
“You traitors! You’re lying! Boss, they’re framing me!” he roared. Using the shout to hide his move, he used every bit of energy he had left. He launched himself like a rocket, his hand shaped like a claw, aiming straight for Elizabeth’s throat!
“Bitch, die!”
His eyes were full of a ruthless, all–or–nothing look. This was his final attack, fueled by all his hatred.
Melton’s face changed. He reacted fast and moved to block him.
But he didn’t even get close.
Pfft!
It was like invisible hands suddenly crushed the body in midair. The sound of bones breaking and flesh being squeezed echoed sharply.
Blackrat froze mid–air, then burst apart like a rotten tomato being squeezed, turning into a mess of blood and flesh.
Plop. Plop. Chunks fell to the ground with wet splats, and the heavy smell of blood filled the air.
It was like the whole world turned mute.
Everyone froze, staring in horror at the unrecognizable pile on the ground, then at Elizabeth. She was just standing there, her expression hadn’t changed at all.
Hardfist, Bigfang, and the others were completely scared out of their minds. Their faces went pale as they collapsed to the ground, crying and slapping their faces.
“Boss, please spare us! Please! Blackrat forced us! He threatened us! We lost our heads for a moment, we

won’t do it again! Please, just let us live!”

Elizabeth’s eyes slowly scanned the crowd. Everyone was dead silent, too scared to even breathe. Her voice was cold, clear, and totally in charge.
“Listen up. The moment you stepped onto my turf, you became my slaves. You’re my labor assets.”
She paused, then stressed her next words. “Anyone who dares to damage my assets–I don’t care who it is -will not be forgiven!”
Her eyes landed on Hardfist, Bigfang, and the others lying on the ground. “Since this is your first time, I’ll spare you.”
A tiny look of relief washed over their faces.
‘But don’t think that you’re getting off easy,” Elizabeth said. She raised her hand and pointed to a far–off arca piled high with trash. “You. Go over there and clear that land I just marked. Finish it in three days. If not, I’ll send you to join your boss.”
That area was clearly worse–more trash, harder to clean.
Hardfist and the others looked where she pointed.
The garbage there was stacked like small hills–sharp metal, heavy chunks of concrete all tangled together, giving off an even stronger, rotten smell. Just looking at it felt hopeless.
But they didn’t dare argue. They scrambled to their feet, bowing frantically. “Yes, yes! Thank you sparing us, Boss! We’ll go right now! Right now!”

Elizabeth didn’t look at them again. She told Melton not to go easy on them, then got back on her bike.
The engine roared as she left the area, still heavy with fear and tension, as if what just happened was nothing more than a small chore.
She had something more important to do–go back and pick her strawberries.
The bike headed straight to the land protected by layers of circles, completely different from the dirty,
ruined world outside.
The moment she stepped in, the smell of rich, damp soil and fresh plants hit her, instantly washing away the violent edge she’d just carried back with her.
The 36 strawberry plants had grown lush under the Spiritbound Circle and spiritual rainwater. Their leaves were thick and green, and among them were bright red fruits.
They looked like little scattered gems, it looked so beautiful.
Elizabeth took out a clean basket and crouched by the row.
Carefully moving past the leaves, she gently held the stem of a fully ripe strawberry and gave it a small twist. The plump fruit dropped right into her hand.
It wasn’t very big, but it had a perfect shape, even red color, and tiny seeds all over the surface. It gave off a
