“Terry! I’ve missed you so much!” Tania pulled Theresa into a tight hug. “I’ve been thinking of you every day. You’ve grown so much!”
Theresa laughed softly and hugged her back.
To Tania, who hadn’t seen her in years, it felt like a long reunion. But for Theresa, they hadn’t been apart for very long.
“Aren’t we going to do introductions?” A gentle voice rang out.
Theresa looked up and saw Herold.
“Herold!” she called.
At the sound of that, Herold’s fondness for Theresa surged. His eyes lit up as he looked at Tania. “Terry is truly adorable.”
“Of course she is! I love her the most!” Tania exclaimed, hugging and holding Theresa tightly.
Just then, another voice sounded. “Anita, you haven’t introduced us yet.”
Theresa looked up and saw Bennie.
“This is my niece, Mr. Green. I came back specifically for her. Isn’t she adorable?” Tania said excitedly, introducing her.
Bennie showed no displeasure at all and was surprisingly friendly to Theresa. “Yes, she’s quite adorable. Hello, I’m Bennie Green from Dawn Industries. Pleased to meet you.”
Theresa stayed quiet.
She looked at Bennie, who had put aside all his usual coolness and was earnestly complimenting her, then nodded. “Hi there, Bennie.”
The way she called him sounded so natural.
Tania laughed. “Terry, you can’t be calling him that.”
“Bennie’s fine. I don’t mind,” he said generously.
If anyone else had called him that, it definitely wouldn’t have been allowed. After all, he was the eldest son of Dawn Industries.
However, Theresa was Tania’s niece.

Meanwhile, Tania was a top–tier virus expert.
Bennie had long admired her reputation and wanted to meet her. Today, he even learned her husband was Herold Norris, a world–class powerhouse with wealth, background, and influence.
Bennie couldn’t afford to be arrogant in front of them. In fact, he had to be accommodating.
Theresa looked at the man who was pretending to be low–key and snorted.
No matter the time or place, Bennie was still the rich, young, capitalist heir.
Just then, her phone rang.
She glanced at the caller ID, and when she saw the words ‘Wicked Witch‘, she froze for a second.
Two seconds later, she remembered it was her biased grandmother.
Theresa realized this was probably around four or five years earlier. With the entire zombie timeline gone, everything else seemed unchanged.
Around this time, her grandmother had been trying to force her to give up her apartment for Oliver’s marriage.
She hung up the phone directly.
After she did, Tania asked, “Who was it, Terry?”
“The Hall family.”
The moment Tania heard that, her temper flared. After Theresa explained what had been happening at home, Tania was both furious and heartbroken.
“My poor baby! You’ve suffered alone all these years. While I wasn’t around, they kept bullying you.”
Just then, the old woman called again.
As soon as Tania saw the number, she grabbed Theresa’s phone and answered it.
The moment the call connected, a sharp, shrill voice burst through. “You little brat! How dare you hang up on me? Where’s the respect? What happened to treating your elders right? Get back here right now, and hand over your apartment for your brother’s wedding!”
