Chapter 317 A Flight Lesson
He genuinely wanted to spend more time with her now that they’d finally crossed paths.
Arabella checked the time. “Alright then.”
She opened the car door and got in. “Let’s go to the lesson first. I can pick up my car afterward.”
‘It’s no trouble, I can drive you,” Lucas offered.
Arabella shook her head. “It’s fine, I’ll just call a cab later.”
“I’ll be done when your lesson ends–it’s really on my way.” Lucas wanted to take every opportunity to be with her.
Arabella didn’t want to impose, but seeing his sincerity, she simply smiled without committing either way.
“You were at the café pretty early. Did you have plans with someone?” Lucas asked curiously.

Ruby looked up at them. Even though she couldn’t make out their faces clearly, she refused to look away.
She was certain it was all because of Arabella. Without her, Lucas would surely treat her differently.
“Hey, you! What are you doing? Get away from the training zone immediately!” a safety officer shouted toward Ruby.
Snapping out of her thoughts, Ruby jerked her head and winced, clutching her neck. “Ow, that hurts!”
She hadn’t realized how long she’d been craning her neck, and the sudden movement made it ache.
