After reading the message, Charlene showed her phone to Stewart.
Stewart fell silent. Charlene had told him about the Andie Sanderson project, and honestly, he was very interested.
He cleared his throat. "That project is definitely a great opportunity. You should probably talk to him."
Just as he finished speaking, Andie himself called Charlene. After they spoke, Andie sent her an email. After reviewing it, Charlene sent a text to Thorne: [Time and place.]
Almost immediately, Thorne replied with an address. [I'm on my way now.]
Charlene replied: [Got it.]
Stewart wanted to go in Charlene's place to discuss the collaboration, but he had other urgent matters to attend to. After a quick word with Charlene, he left.
Gaylord had overheard Charlene's conversation with Andie and assumed her meeting had nothing to do with her ex-husband, so he didn't give it a second thought.
Half an hour later, Charlene arrived at the restaurant. Just as she walked in, Thorne sent her the number for their private room.
When she got there, however, Thorne hadn't arrived yet. But just two or three minutes later, the door opened and he walked in. "Sorry to keep you waiting."
Charlene had expected him to bring an assistant and was a bit surprised to see him alone. She averted her gaze and said coolly, "I just got here myself."
Thorne sat down. "Have you ordered?"
Georgina's face was also a mask of fury, her wrinkled hands clasped tightly together.
They left quickly, unnoticed by Charlene and Thorne.
After Charlene ordered, she passed the menu to Thorne. He took it and began ordering as well, all while discussing business with her in a strictly professional tone.
They had been talking for about fifteen minutes when Andie finally arrived. After greeting them, the first thing he noticed was the considerable distance between Thorne and Charlene's seats. It was the kind of space that screamed awkward and distant, like two people who'd already split up.
Andie cleared his throat, quickly changing the subject as he took his seat.

Gosh, this is excruciating ! The slow pace made me leave this for over 3 months. Was just taking a peek and not much development. Btw they have now made this into a 3hr 40 min long drama.Available on daily motion under, the name, next chapter without you. But all the other fringe characters such as York Granger Gaylord are missing in the movie. Ending is very satisfying, practical and apt. She chooses to leave thorne and jasmine and be with Stewart. Vesta and family are inter national wanted Criminals. Not sure if they replicate the same on here. As this book is now on the app for more than 9 months, have a feeling it'll be another 6 to 9 months before this is completed!...

Can't wait to read where Charlene will start another relationship... God for is she gets back with Thorne... She needs to be with York or Gaylord (to annoy vesta) or granger (to annoy Thorne)...
I know its ur story and u obviously have ur own plot line and all and have every right to build the story as u like but what writer provide isnt just entertainment, but they shape the narrative of young minds. So I would say that romanticing cheating is, or rather THORNE'S behaviour, wrong for all the reasons..give york a chance ..that will be way more satisfying...again all of this is just my point of view but if charlene and thorne get back together, its not the story im looking for...
