Before Aurelia could even process it, Maurene called.

While Mia was still chatting with Maurene, Aurelia pulled up the viral scandal and instantly spotted what was really going

Aurelia wasted no time. She alerted Regal Investment’s legal and PR teams to jump on it right away.

After hanging up with Maurene, Mia fumed as she dug Herbert’s number out of her block list and dialed him without hesitation.

The phone rang for ages before someone finally picked up.

“You fucking” Mis started, but Leonie hung up before de could fish,

“Shiff” Mia spat, not caring about manners.

“So? What did she say? Aurelia asked, knowing Mia was on the phone with Leonie but dueless about what had gones Mia so riled up.

Mia grumbled, “She said they’re busy and I’m interrupting

“What could they be busy doing this early in the morning?” Aurelia asked, totally battled.

Mia snorted, “What do you think people are busy with early in the morning?”

Aurelia was lost for words,

Mia sprang out of bed in one smooth move, leaving Aurelia staring in shock.

Aurelia finally snapped out of it and asked, “Where are you going?”

At the hotel, when Herbert stepped out of the bathroom and spotted Leonie there, he was surprised. “When did you get here?”

Then she added, “Oh, and he went to the restaurant to grab your breakfast.”
