~~Looks like we made it. Look how far we've come, my baby. We mighta took the long way. We knew we'd get there someday. You're still the one I run to, the one that I belong to. You're still the one I want for life

(You're still the one). You're still the one that I love, the only one I dream of. You're still the one I kiss goodnight~~~

I blinked repeatedly, not knowing what to say to him because even I, myself don't know when I stop or when should I stop as pleasure and desire had already consumed my entire body and sanity.

"Sam..."

I heard him call me, maybe he was waiting for an answer.

"Luke--- holy shit!" but I jerked when suddenly my phone vibrated in my dress pocket.

"Who is that?" He groaned, resting his face on the crook of my neck as he wrapped his arms around my waist.

But I chuckled when I saw who the caller was.

"Why? Who is that?" He asked again, looking me in the face. His arms were still on my waist.

"Your daughter," I shrugged, smiling.

I was about to answer the phone but it's already ended.

"I'm not sure if it's really a call or just a missed call."

"Huh?" His voice sounded shocked and disappointed and I proved that with his next words. "Haist! Why would Cali call at this very hour? Oh, Jesus, our daughter knows what timing means,"

I chuckled more at his reaction, but I simply kissed him on the forehead to flatten the frown on his face.

"I think I should go home, I mean, I should go to my flat because it's getting late and we still have work tomorrow."

He stared at me for a moment and then sighed.

"Alright, I'll walk you to your door."

"Ohh... you don't have to do it, it's fine," I said shaking my head.

"Nope, it's not fine with me." he pinched the tip of my nose.

Biting my lip, I nodded. "If that's what you want,"

But then his face suddenly turned serious.

"Don't do it again,"

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"Don't bite your lip, you don't know what that simple thing can do to me, sweetheart."

"Oh, I - I'm sorry," I awkwardly smiled.

"Let's go,"

I held my breath when he lifted me by the waist and put me down to my feet.

"How about the dishes?" I asked, pointing to the dishes on the sink.

"Tsk. Tsk. Don't worry about them, I'll wash them the next day." He winked.

"Luke!" My face went horrified.

"Just kidding," he chuckled. "Come on, it's getting late."

I couldn't help looking at our intertwined hands as we walked through the living room and also as we walked out of the door of his apartment. He was walking ahead of me, so I had time to stare and smiled secretly while watching our hands sway in the air.

And when we were in front of the door of my apartment...

"So..." He uttered when we stopped. My hand was still in his.
