One Night With My Alpha Professor novel Chapter 133

Chapter 133
Audrey
I stood in front of my full-length mirror, meticulously smoothing down the slinky black dress I had chosen for tonight. The soft fabric clung to my curves, and I couldn’t help but feel a thrill of excitement as I turned this way and that. But my eyes weren’t so much on the dress as they were on the subtle design pecking out from beneath.
Underneath, I wore the lacy red lingerie I had spent the last week painstakingly crafting.
It was so unlike the lingerie I had made in anticipation of sleeping with Max all those months ago; where that was an amateur attempt at looking mature and sensual, all bows and straps, this was… Simpler. More me. A sheer red lace bra with high-cut panties and a garter belt that attached to two black stockings.
My hair fell in soft waves around my shoulders, and I had taken extra care with my makeup. A smoky eye, a hint of blush, and deep red lipstick that I figured-no, hoped-would leave marks on Edwin’s skin.
My heart pounded with anticipation as I glanced at the clock. 9:55 PM. Time to go.
I slipped out of my room, taking care to close my door quietly. Just a few more steps and I would be out, on my way to see Edwin
“Audrey?”
I froze, my hand still on the door handle. Slowly, I turned to see Tina standing in her doorway two doors down from mine,
carefully wearing pink pajamas with a bag of popcorn in hand. Her eyes widened as she took in my appearance, from my styled hair to my sheer stockings.
“Whoa, hot stuff!” she exclaimed, leaning haughtily against her door frame. “Where are you off to? I thought we didn’t have plans tonight.”
I swallowed hard, my mind racing, I couldn’t tell her the full truth-she would never approve of me seeing Edwin again, no after everything. So I settled on a half-truth.
“Oh, um… I have a date, actually. Tinder guy”
Tina’s face lit up and she nearly dropped her popcorn. “Why didn’t you say anything? I could have helped you get ready!”
I shrugged, trying to appear nonchalant even as guilt gnawed at my insides. “It’s probably just going to be a h**kup. Didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, you know?”
“Still, I’m excited for you,” Tina said, flashing me a toothy grin. “It’s about time you got back out there. Do you want me to drive you? Or I could come along if you’d feel safer, keep an eye on things from a distance_”
“No!” I blurted out, perhaps a bit too forcefully.
Tina’s eyebrows shot up, and I quickly backpedaled. “I mean, thanks, but I want a little space for this one. You know how it
is.
Tina nodded slowly, although there was a hint of suspicion in her eyes. “Okay… if you’re sure. Just be safe, alright? Text me if you need anything. And I mean anything. I’ll come running with my pepper spray if I have to
“I will,” I promised, already backing away. Thanks, Tina, You’re the best. See you later!”
I hurried out of the building, the cool night air hitting my flushell cheeks. Guilt gnawed at me for lying to my friend, but I

pushed it aside as I made my way across campus. Instead, I focused on the anticipation building in my chest, the way my skin seemed to tingle with every step closer to Edwin.
Finally, I reached our secret room. My hands shook slightly as I punched in the code and slipped inside. The familiar smell of candles and wine and that Goddess-da**ed cologne hit me as I stepped in.
Suddenly, as soon as the door shut behind me, Edwin was there,
“Audrey.”
That gravelly voice already almost had me on my knees. He pulled me into his arms, his lips finding mine achingly, desperately. His tongue worked into my mouth, sweet and thick with the taste of red wine.
When we finally parted, he peppered my face with smaller kisses, his stubble scratching deliciously against my skin.
“Goddess, I missed you,” he murmured, his breath hot against my ear. “You look beautiful. Absolutely stunning.”
I melted into his embrace, inhaling deeply. His scent washed over me-it instantly calmed my nerves, better than any scented candle or aromatherapy ever could. Suddenly, I found myself forgetting about my earlier guilt, about everything that had ever existed before I set foot in this room.

We settled onto the blanket, Edwin’s arm wrapped firmly around me as if he were afraid I’d disappear.
His hand skimmed down my side, pausing as he felt the texture of the lace beneath my dress. “Are you wearing lingerie?” he asked huskily.
I nodded, a small smile playing on my lips. “I made it myself. Spent all week on it.”
Edwin’s eyes darkened, his pupils dilating. “Can I see?”
I stood up, reaching for the hem of my dress. But as I started to pull it up over my head, I suddenly remembered my encounter with Fiona earlier that day. The memory of her saccharine smile made me pause, my hands frozen.
“Everything okay?” Edwin asked, c***cd then his eyes narrowed dangerously, those blown-wide pupils seeming to darken with lust.
“Keep doing that, he hissed, rising to his feet to tower over me, and I’ll have to rip the dress off myself. And I’d hate to ruin
it
“Suit yourself.”
With that, I tugged the dress over my head and let it fall to the floor, revealing the intricate lace lingerie underneath. Edwin’s eyes widened as he took me in, his gaze traveling slowly over every inch of exposed skin. His hands reached out, tracing the delicate patterns of lace and silk, the soft bulges where my hips and waist tucked around the garter belt.

“D**n,” he breathed. “You made this?”

I nodded, my throat bobbing as I swallowed hard around the lump of desire that had formed there. “You like it?”
In response, Edwin dipped his head, his lips crashing into mine. The kiss was hungry, desperate, filled with a week’s worth of longing. His hands roamed my body, tracing the curves accentuated by the lingerie.
But despite his hunger, he picked me up with the utmost tenderness, his arms encircling me gently. He laid me on the blanket beneath him, kneeling over me as he unbuttoned his shirt-slowly, painfully.
Revenge, I realized, biting my lip as I watched him take his sweet time revealing the taut muscles of his chest, the hard planes of his abdomen. Revenge for doing the same to him.
Then, just as slowly, he shrugged off his shirt-revealing every mound and valley on his body, every inch of that scented skin. I nearly lost control of myself in those moments as I propped myself up on my elbows, watching him painstakingly unbutton and shirk off his trousers.
“Don’t look at me like that,” he teased, a smirk playing on his lips as I looked up at him.
“Like what?” I co**ed my head to the side.
“Those big doe eyes.” He groaned, tugging off the remainder of his trousers, and knelt in front of me again. “They’ll be the death of me.”
I could have said the same about the way he smelled, especially when he leaned over me, drawing long, warm lines with his lips across my jaw, down my neck, over my collar bones and the spot where my pale breasts bulged out over the lace of my
bra.
But there was no need for words-I would show him instead.
With a swiftness that surprised even me, I shot up and flipped him so he was on his back, his arms spread wide across the blanket, his mouth agape.
“Audrey-”
He couldn’t finish whatever it was that he was about to say before I was kissing down, down, further… Down the ridges of his chest and abdomen, across that distinct V-shape that trailed into his briefs. I tugged the waistband down with my pinkies, my lips working as I went.
“Audrey
Hardly more than a breath this time as I slipped him into my mouth, working my lips and tongue along the considering shaft. Tasting him. Smelling him. Smoke and wine and skin.
