Chapter 1324
Cedrick narrowed his eyes angrily.
"Are you mocking me that I can't teach my sons well?"
Catelyn was stuck for words. 'I have never said so."
"The crab has loosened its claw..." She saw the crab slowly loosen its claw in the sink and changed the topic.
When she took his right hand out of the water, his skin was broken and bleeding.
She took the disinfectant and gauze out of the medicine box. When she was about to bandage his wound, he withdrew his hand from hers angrily and coldly. "You only need to care about your sons. There is no need for you to care about me."
Of course, she knew that it was all Miles' fault. She made up her mind and said, "Alright, your finger has been cut by the crab. You think that I don't care about you. Will you cool down if I suffer the pain like you?"
She rolled up her sleeve and put her right hand into the sink to let the crab pinch her...
"What are you doing?" His gaze became sharp.
Suddenly, she felt a sharp pain in her wrist. He grabbed her wrist tightly.
"Have I asked you to hurt yourself?"
She said, "You’re hurting me by not allowing me to bandage your wound."
He had been angry for the whole morning. When he heard her words, he cooled down somehow. Meeting her sincere and gentle gaze, he clenched his fists. 'I must have been out of mind. Why do I get angry with Miles? He is only four years old.'
Seeing that, she breathed a sigh of relief secretly and took the disinfectant to clean his wound...
Cedrick and Miles were against each other during the breakfast.
When Catelyn and Cedrick returned to the dining hall, Miles saw that Cedrick's finger was bandaged with thick gauze.
Miles felt guilty. He sat there quietly and ate listlessly.
