Matthew never finished what he was about to say, so Blanca had to find out. On her way to the Empire group, she kept thinking about how she should start the conversation, however, she saw someone familiar as soon as she arrived.

“Matthew, let’s go have dinner together tonight.” Malinda was smiling at Matthew, with her eyes full of gentleness.

She came shopping here this afternoon. And she remembered that Matthew’s office was nearby, so she just came to say hello. She stayed at Matthew’s office until after lunch break - All she wanted was a chance to spend some time with Matthew alone.

Matthew didn’t seem quite willing to though, “Thank you, but I am good. My driver will take you home.”

“Come on, Matthew!”

Seeing Matthew was already a few steps ahead of herself, Malinda felt a bit sad; However, her sadness didn’t last long. She called on him and ran toward him, almost begging, “My grandfather told you to look after me. And now you don’t even want to have dinner with me?”
