Trevor did not explain anything after the scandal broke out just to spite Emma. He ignored everything and explained nothing even though he knew Crystal was behind the scandals that broke out after that. He just wanted to spite Emma. He disliked her at that time. Everything he did was so she would be hurt. He actually never wanted to do most of the stuff he did, but he still went ahead anyway, since it would spite Emma in the end.

Well, she wanted to marry me, so she has to pay the price. He would make her suffer. He gave her cold shoulders, bad attitude, and cruelty. If Emma had cried and begged for him to stop, he might have actually stopped.

All he wanted was to see her in pain. Her pain would douse his fury, but she denied him that relief. He thought what he had done did not faze her, so he went even further. When Emma finally broke down and yelled at him just now, he realized she actually took everything he did to heart,

Trevor wanted to call her back to explain everything, but her hanging up on him every time got on his nerves, so he decided not to. It was supposed to be a friendly call, but it ended on a sour note once again.

Emma calmed down after she hung up, and she accepted Trevor‘s friend request. He did help her out, and hanging up on him so rashly was unbecoming of her. Still, she did not want to call him just to apologize. She remembered what Cerys said, so she accepted his friend request to tell him she appreciated himself. She would then apologize lo him via text. It would make things less awkward for them.

Emma expected him to text her after she accepted his friend request, but he did not do that even after a while. Emma was speechless. Is he throwing a tantrum again? He‘s such a child. She threw that behind her and logged into her Twitter with her PC, then she deleted all tweets about Trevor. She did keep the opinion threads and food | pictures though. It would look too much like a fake account if she deleted everything. After she was done preparing, she called Wesley and told him she would upload the announcement on her own account.

Wesley said calmly, “Sure.” He explained, “I thought you didn‘t have a Twitter account, so I wanted to help. Alpha‘s account has a lot of followers after all.”

“I know. Thank you,” Emma said. “But it‘s still the company‘s account, and we have a lot of popular celebrities working for the company. It‘d be bad if this mess gets in their way.”

Emma told her that Trevor gave her the transaction records. Wesley was surprised, but he said, “You‘re going to win this. Looks like he‘s not as heartless as I thought.” No wonder she changed her mind. Trevor must have brought it up to her. It‘s not the first time he tried to stop me from approaching Emma. What is he thinking? Is he keeping all the guys

around her in check even though he divorced her?

“He probably pities me.” Emma laughed at herself. She had no idea why he was being so kind. Maybe he just pitied her.

“You should post a new tweet then. I know you can tell the story well enough.” Wesley stopped talking about the matter. As for what Trevor was trying to do, Wesley would find out on his own.

She hung up and started writing the post to clear her name. She even changed her username to To_Warmth. She was trying to find a warm home for herself, and Trevor was no longer that home. She cropped out the sender‘s account, since it was Trevor‘s personal account. She did not want anyone to know that she was Trevor‘s ex wife as it would be disastrous for her. Crystal was about to get married to Trevor, and her fans would tear Emma apart if they found out she was Trevor‘s ex–wife. All she wanted was to prove she did her part for her family. Anything else meant nothing.

She wrote a long thread and attached all the transaction records with it. Every transaction was close to a hundred grand. A lot of it was at least double that amount. The total amount given by Trevor was astronomical.

She said Simon and Steven got all that money from her last marriage. She also attached the transaction records of the money she gave them to prove she also provided for them.
