Bianca got up and walked toward Anne, before apologizing, "Anne, I apologize for what my mom did, but your mom isn't exactly innocent either, is she? Regardless, she was the one who started this. You know that your brother-in-law hates homewreckers the most, but your mom simply won't stop being one. Do you know how heartbroken I was when I found out that Dad has visited Santa Nila multiple times? You cant understand."

Anne glared at her, knowing that Bianca was hinting that she could not understand because she was a homewrecker as well.

"After that, Dad was so allured that he wanted to divorce my mom. My mom lost her mind," Bianca continued, "your mom is still alive now, so let's just set this aside."

"After all you've said, I suppose it would be rude of me to refuse, right?" Anne said angrily. "My mom deserved it, after all. Right?"

"Anne, you need to keep your temper in check. In the end, this is a family affair. It's not good for the family for this sort of thing to become public knowledge. Do you want others to know that this all started because your mom seduced a married man? You don't want that to happen, do you?" Bianca faced her back at Anthony and sneered smugly at Anne.

Anne desperately wished that she could tear that sneer into pieces, but she knew that doing so would only let Bianca get exactly what she wanted.

Anthony’s silence and Bianca's smugness had filled Anne's heart with misery and anger.

"Sorry for barging in..." She said, before leaving. She blinked rapidly to hold back on her tears. So what if she found the person who tried to kill her mother? Without Anthony's help, she could only endure it.

The elevator went back to the top floor where the helicopter was still parked.

Anne realized what a joke she was, she resented Anthony's ruthlessness, but she was still traveling with his helicopter.

She had no right to fight back. No matter how beaten she was, she could so much as frown at Anthony.

Bianca was sitting in the office and heard the helicopter. She had thought that it came from somewhere else, and when she heard it again, she turned around.

Outside the gigantic glass window, a helicopter took off into the sky and Bianca could not see who was on it. However, the timing of the helicopter landing and taking off made it hard for Bianca to not suspect that it was Anne.

Her expression darkened.

'What's wrong?" Anthony asked.

"Is that helicopter yours?"

"Yeah."
