“Elisa still refuses to apologize?” Jorge was on the phone in his study when Suelen, who was about to bring him coffee, heard Elisa’s name at the door. She silently withdrew her hand from the doorknob. 

Suelen stood quietly at the doorway, listening to Jorge’s conversation. 

“Recently, news about Elisa keeps getting inexplicably suppressed. The public opinion isn’t achieving the effect we want! Clearly, someone is helping her behind the scenes! Who knows what connections she’s made at such a young age. Jorge’s voice sounded very angry and helpless. 

“What? What else can we do! Their influence is obviously stronger than ours. We can’t do anything about Elisa right now. Am I supposed to kidnap her and force her to make a statement? She is, after all, my daughter, and I don’t want to hurt her.

Jorge simply patted Suelen on the shoulder. “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of it.” 

Yesterday, I happened to meet Miss Armani, I heard she was responsible for public relations, so I chatted with her,” said Suelen. 

“Suelen, how can you be so ignorant as to let these things disturb your cheerful mood?” Jorge affectionately pinched Suelen’s cheek. 

Jorge, I’m still worried about how Miss Armani will handle this and if she hurts Elisa. After all, she’s still your daughter!” Suelen spoke. She was not distraught, but she had, to keep up appearances. 

“Suelen, you’re too kind! Tell Miss Armani that as long as she threatens her, Elisabeth will probably be obedient, and as you said yourself, she’s my daughter, and I don’t want to hurt her,” said Jorge. 

“Yes, darling. I understand.” Suelen nodded, kissed Jorge, and watched him leave the house. 

As soon as he disappeared through the door, the smile on her face was replaced by a trace of malice. 

It wasn’t what she expected from her husband. After all, Elisabeth had done this kind of thing, ruined her reputation, and he was still reluctant to attack and end her life or simply disown her and remove her from his will, but paticuce. 

After a while, Suelen left the study and went to the yard. She made a phone call 

“Miss Armani, Jorge told me that I am fully responsible for Elisa’s affairs today. I would like to know how much progress is on your side?” Suelen asked.

He was kicked back a few steps, and his wrist was stretched with a red mark. He squeezed his hand in pain, groaning. 

“Damn it! You stinky bitch, there are two more blows!” The man yelled and waved his hand, and two more people exited the car.
