“What the hell did you know?” Beth was so frightened.

“I know everything. I know you will agree to divorce so you could give birth to you and Aaron’s bastard!” Kathy said with an awful voice which scared Beth to break out in a cold sweat.

Then, Beth gritted her teeth and said, “What on earth do you want to do? I have decided to divorce to do your will, isn’t it enough?”

Suddenly, a chilling laugh, like a ghost-made voice from Kathy broke up a moment’s silence.

“No, no, darling, why are you so innocent? Really, I’m not pregnant. But do you think I will allow you to give birth to the bastard?” she said, “Both of you should be dead, you should enjoy your hard days in village instead of back to the Johnson.”
