Archie pressed Natalia to his chest and whispered, “Silly girl.”
Natalia gave him a tight embrace in turn.
Now that they had made the decision to go to Felix together, they wanted to do it without delay.
Felix also desired that they come as soon as possible.
Hence, early the next morning, Archie and Natalia flied to Harlingen.
Harlingen was where Felix’s headquarters was.
Situated in the Golden Triangle , the city was an ungoverned area.
It was for this reason that Felix chose to base himself here.
Archie and Natalia arrived at Harlingen at three in the afternoon.
The scorching summer sun made them sweat all over.
As soon as they got off the plane, they saw standing at a short distance several men in black.
At the sight of them, the men walked over.
“Is it Mr. and Mrs. McCarthy?”
Archie and Natalia nodded.
The men bowed respectfully and made an inviting gesture.
The McCarthys had decided that Felix would not trick them before they came here, so they followed the men without any hesitation.
Together with them were Nancy.
Roy was asked by Archie to stay home and handle the company’s business.
As a man who didn’t practice martial arts, Roy wouldn’t be of much help out here.
The crowd didn’t walk far before they came to the motorcade parked by the roadside.
Escorted by the men, Archie and Natalia got in one of the cars and were drove straight to the destination.
About half an hour later, the car entered a magnificent castle.
It was the first time that Natalia had come to this place. Although she had known Felix for a long time, she had always met Felix at the headquarters of the Dragon Club instead of this private place.
The car pulled up in front of a colossal building.
Getting out of the car and looking up, they saw Felix standing at the gate.
“Welcome to the Bissel Castle.”
Felix gave a smile, handsome and elegant in a black suit.
That was, apart from the dark circles beneath his eyes.
Archie curled up his lips slightly as a smile in return. Although he and Felix were previously bitter rivals to each other, their meeting today struck a note of harmony.
Archie came up and shook hands with Felix, who ushered them into the drawing room.
The servants came in with coffee.
Roaming over the room with her eyes, Natalia smiled faintly. “Fancy! Didn’t know you have such a good old den here. If I had known about it, I’d have got it smashed so that I wouldn’t suffer so much from you.”
Felix glanced at her and said in a cool voice, “My mother left it to me.”
Natalia was surprised.
She had had no idea about Felix’s family background until she learned that he was an illegitimate child of the Bissel family.
Having known about his origin, she was quite sympathetic to him.
But it was another business. She cherished no such sentimentality at this time.
Besides, Felix didn’t need her sympathy.
Natalia sat down on the sofa and said in a down to earth manner, “What do you want to talk about by getting us here? What do you mean by teaming up with us?”
