"Ms. Lily is really doing fine. I can confirm that!" Joshua explained in a hurry, panic washing over him. He was afraid of getting dragged into this matter.

"That's enough! I don't want to listen to your explanations! Hurry up and find Hayden! Go find Dr. Kray! Get him to come here and treat my daughter's sickness!" Francis shouted.

He was worried and didn't want to waste time.

"On it!" Joshua nodded nervously and immediately ran outside.

"Don't worry, Lily, I'll definitely find the doctor for you!" Francis assured her.

"Thanks, Dad. It's all my fault…" Lily muttered, biting her lip, She was racked with guilt, thinking that she was the one who ruined everything.

"That's enough. Stop talking. Rest up and just wait for Dr. Kray to arrive," Francis said helplessly as he caressed Lily's cheek.

Lily was his daughter, after all. There was no way he could bear watching her die. At the thought of that terrible possibility, he was willing to pay any price to get his daughter treated!
