"Anna's tears may not be cheap, but she certainly is! With a simple lie, you all rush over here—aren't you ashamed?"
Hayden's gaze grew colder, and a certain iciness seemed to spread around him. He had been holding back, but it felt like he couldn't keep it in any longer.
These people were absolutely horrible!
"Who are you calling cheap?" Lily seethed, her anger flaring again.
"Hayden, we have many ways to solve this, so why must you be so overbearing? Can't we just sit down and resolve this calmly?" After hearing his words, Julia also showed signs of displeasure. Her eyes were cold as ice, radiating an overwhelming chill.
"Overbearing? As the eldest daughter of the Sterling family, you're quite observant, aren't you? From the start until now, all I've heard is Ms. Lily whining and complaining non-stop!
"Everyone else just follows along, criticizing me without knowing the facts! You all are the ones who are truly overbearing, accusing me of being in the wrong! And now, you're flipping the truth around, saying I'm the one with the bad attitude?"
Hayden took a deep breath, forcibly suppressing his fury. His eyes grew colder, locking onto everyone in front of him.
"Anna came to find me and tried to bully Jenny. She's the one in the wrong. You didn't even bother to understand the situation before coming to trouble me. You can consider it a blessing that I haven't told you all to scram!" His tone was icy.
"You! You're truly stubborn!" Lily was utterly furious, her anger intensifying with each passing moment. Her breath quickened as she suddenly remembered something.
"Alright, so you bullied Anna, huh? Just you wait! Don't you have a foster sister? You'd better keep a close eye on her. I'll make her pay the price for the harm done to Anna!" She clenched her fists, her voice filled with fury.
