Hayden looked around and couldn't help but frown. There were too many people, and they were all crowded together.
"Who are you looking for?" someone asked.
"I'm here to look for the Sterling family," Hayden said. His words immediately drew the attention of the Sterling family members.
"It's Hayden…" Charlotte said hesitantly. She wanted to approach him but was immediately stopped when Francis grabbed her hand.
Francis' expression was cold and proud. With the top-grade gem now in his possession, he felt that there was no reason for Hayden to be here.
"This luxury party is not for him. He should leave quickly! This isn't a place for him," Francis said kindly, his tone tinged with indifference.
Anna and Julia changed their expressions, filled with disappointment. They had agreed for Hayden to come here to reunite with him.
But now that Francis had obtained the top-grade gem, Hayden was no longer of any use to him. Anna and Julia sighed, their hearts filled with sadness.
"Let me talk to him!"
Just then, Lily quickly spoke up and walked toward Hayden. She was worried that Hayden might say something he shouldn't.
"Everyone, please feel free to eat and drink. He may have entered the wrong room, so don't mind him. Please don't let him spoil our mood," Francis smiled faintly, attempting to calm the guests.
The guests paid no attention to Hayden. After all, he was just a nobody, and his attire didn't match the elegance of the party.
Everyone here was well-dressed, so Hayden looked out of place. Who cared about the little cart?
