"Brat, you've learned to threaten people now?" Hayden pinched Jenny's nose and scolded her.
Jenny felt the pain and quickly shook off Hayden's hand. She stared at Hayden indignantly, looking like she was about to get angry.
"Hmph! This is a fair deal. If you don't agree, I will go back and tell Dad and Mom," Jenny said confidently.
After that, she ran home immediately. The speed was like a gust of wind.
Hayden could only smile bitterly as he followed behind her.
When they got home, Jenny kept winking at Hayden. She was waiting for Hayden's response. However, Hayden didn't buy it and just waited quietly.
"Hayden, you came back so late? Have you eaten?" James asked with concern.
"No, I haven't. But it's quite late now. I'm going to skip dinner," Hayden explained.
"How can that be? You called and said you're going to have dinner outside, so we didn't wait for you. But now you come back and say you didn't eat, what if you're hungry?" Serena scolded with a hint of anger.
In her opinion, three meals a day were the most important. That was the basis for keeping healthy.
"That…" Hayden smiled helplessly. There was nothing he could do.
He had wanted to eat, but the Sterling family didn't give him the chance to do so.
"Then, I'll make myself something," Hayden suggested.
"It's okay. I'll cook for you." Serena turned around and left immediately.
"No. I'll do it. I can do it myself!" Hayden quickly took the initiative to say.
