Reborn From Ashes novel Chapter 69

A wave of guilt surged in Charlotte's heart.

"You're such a disgrace—absolutely shameless!" Lily sneered, her voice dripping with contempt. "Who do you think you are, pretending to be Morgan? He's the one who scored a perfect score in math!"

"You think you can replace him? What a delusional and pathetic joke! There's a huge gap between a genius and a fool!" she continued, holding her head high with a cold and judgmental expression.

It appeared as if she was looking down on Hayden and making a moral judgment. But they didn't realize that the Hayden now was no longer a plaything to be easily manipulated.

Hayden's icy gaze swept across the room, lingering briefly on each person present.

When his eyes landed on the Sterling family, they were startled. The look he gave them was as if he were staring at complete strangers.

What kind of resolve and sacrifices had it taken for him to develop such a look?

"Um… I'm not entirely sure what's going on," Sylvia interjected, trying to defuse the situation. "But right now, the most important thing is to choose a university that's a good fit.

"These are all prestigious universities that will guarantee excellent job opportunities in the future!"

The teacher sensed that something was off and wanted to avoid arguments in the school.

"I've already said—I don't want to choose any university!" Hayden's voice was firm as he turned away with authority. "None of these schools interest me, so please respect my decision."

Without a second's hesitation, Hayden walked out of the room, leaving everyone in stunned silence.

The Sterling family members stood there, dumbfounded.

What was happening?

"What nonsense are you talking about? You have no right to decide! You weren't the one who got a perfect score in math. What are you so smug about?" Lily yelled, her voice echoing in frustration.

But Hayden had already left the office, and her words went unanswered.
