Daphne covered her chest and looked at Leon angrily, "Leon, what nonsense are you talking about? You are my grandson, and I have always favored you since you were young..."
"I know it was not your fault, it was your second uncle who did this. I just want you to be lenient with him..."
Leon sneered, "Will my second uncle be lenient with me?"
"Of course!" Daphne's tone was firm, "Your second uncle promised me that he will not do anything. He did this only to give Ache and Kaitlyn a legitimate identity!"
"So, in order to benefit these illegitimate children, you are willing to send Hattie to her death, right?" Leon's face grew colder.
"Hattie is still a member of the Riddle family, and I will compensate her in the future..." Daphne said with a guilty conscience.
"Your compensation is to push Hattie down the stairs, causing the death of your unborn grandson, and making it known to everyone! Not only that, you want to send her to prison, and make her live in the rumors of killing her own brother for the rest of her life?" Leon's face was icy.
Daphne suddenly turned pale and shook her head in denial, "How could I harm my granddaughter like that?"
"If it's not you, then it's second uncle who did it," Leon flicked the fireworks in his hand, "You probably just scold second uncle, and when he complains to you about Hattie maliciously hurting that woman, you shed a few tears and comfort yourself..."
"You won't really let Hattie go to jail. You will just send her far away, and then you can enjoy your life with your precious grandchildren who have finally become legitimate heirs..."
Daphne's face became stiff. In the end, it turned ashen.
She wanted to refute, but she couldn't find the words to say. Because she didn't have the confidence to tell Leon that she would never do such a thing.
Daphne was trembling with anger, "Hattie caused the death of that child... it's the fact..."
"So, in your opinion, Hattie deserved to have her mother die, be sent to a juvenile detention center and turned into a mental patient by you and grandpa, be rejected by her own father, and have her position taken away by these illegitimate children who trampled on her mother's blood?" Leon sneered.
"She can only accept it and cannot retaliate. Once she does, she will no longer be your obedient and lovely granddaughter and will be sacrificed..."
Daphne was touched at her weakest point and her vision became dark.
"I... I..."
She wriggled her lips for a while and suddenly cried out, "You only blame me for being cruel to Hattie, but what can I do about it?"
"Ache and Kaitlyn are also my grandchildren, and I just want all of you to be well..."
Looking at Daphne's heartbroken expression, Leon's eyes turned cold. "So, Grandma, in this situation between the illegitimate children and Hattie, you ultimately chose to sacrifice Hattie, didn't you?"
Daphne wanted to deny it, but couldn't find the words.
Kaitlyn, who was standing on the side, finally realized that Leon had not come back to make it up to her, and her resentment grew deeper.
But upon hearing Daphne's words, she became happy again.
Hattie had been arrested and disgraced throughout the city, and she might be sent abroad in the future. After she left, Kaitlyn would become the only Miss of the Riddle family!
Kaitlyn's face showed a look of longing, but just as she was about to smile, she heard Leon say, "I know."
Daphne looked at Leon with tears in her eyes and was about to ask what he knew, she heard Leon say, "After this incident is over, you and Grandpa will get divorced and leave the Riddle family."
Daphne was shocked, looking at Leon incredulously, "What did you say?!"
Looking at her aged eyes, Leon said with a smile, "You have already destroyed two bloodlines of the Riddle family. I absolutely will not allow you to destroy the only remaining daughter of the Riddle family."

The readers' comments on the novel: Revenge On Love Rats After Rebirth by Olivia Marsh
From the beginning of the story to page 148, the plot is just going in circles about fighting. So ridiculous and waste of time to read! I have no patience for these kind stories. Be more creative if you’re planning to write a book/story!!!...
Beautiful story...
