"What could I say? Though I haven't remarried, I got back together with Baron. Things between us had been in the past, Brandon."

Brandon smiled, "You think I'll revenge on you?"

"Won't you?"

"Yes, I indeed get my revenge. I asked Sophia to divorce your son and marry my daughter. Are you satisfied?"

Emma looked at him in surprise, "You really did it?"

"Sure!"

Emma angrily said, "Brandon, you're so repulsive!"

Brandon moved his lips, "You could betray me. Why can't I find a good husband for my daughter?"

"Do you think I won't give your daughter a hard time if she marries my son?" Emma asked.

"You won't, Emma. I only wish my daughter could marry someone I know well. I could let go of the past grudges and have my daughter marry your son. Why can't you accept my daughter?"

Emma was left speechless.

"Since Sophia agreed to my request, I don't think I do anything wrong?"

Emma said, "Do you think she will if you haven't threatened her?"

"But your son needs me, doesn't he?"

Brandon glanced at her. "No worries. I will just leave my daughter to you. After your son completely recovers, I'll leave by myself. I hope you treat my daughter like your own!"

Drake waited for a long time but Sophia didn't come back. He called Sophia and yet her phone was turned off.

Drake had never encountered such a situation. He panicked and felt something had happened.

Walking out, he asked, "Mom, where is Sophia going?"

Emma opened her mouth and closed it.

Something was off.

Drake found that Sophia's parents and Bonnie also left.

Drake asked again, "Mom, where is Sophia going?"

Emma found it hard to lie to him, so she said, "No more asking!"

"Has Sophia left? Why? For saving me?" Drake got the point immediately.

Drake looked at Emmie, "Say it!"
