Rich Radiant and Over Him (Alicia and Vincent) novel Chapter 210

“Lillian said she wants to introduce you to some people in the industry today. If you’re interested, I can set it up,” Tyrone said, glancing back at Alicia, who was nestled against his side like a downcast little bunny—soft, quiet, and endearing.

Such a good girl.

“Mhm!” Alicia instantly perked up.

Tyrone couldn’t help but smile wryly. As expected, his little bunny was still a career-driven girl at heart.

“That makes you this happy?” he teased.

Alicia nodded, eyes shining.

The fact that Tyrone was willing to pave the way for her career, to personally make time and help her network, made her incredibly happy.

After prepping the ingredients, Tyrone started cooking himself.

Alicia stood nearby, watching him with stars in her eyes.

He really was the total package.

It seemed like there was nothing Tyrone couldn’t do—and not just do, but do exceptionally well.

He truly was a wonderful, wonderful man…

The next morning, Tyrone took Alicia to the hospital for her prenatal checkup.

They ran a few tests—most of the results were good, but her progesterone levels were a bit low.

“Take good care of yourself,” the doctor advised Alicia. “In the first trimester, there’s always some risk of complications. Don’t lift anything heavy, and be careful not to fall or bump into things.”

Alicia grew anxious—she’d always been sensitive, and the doctor’s words felt like a heavy weight on her chest.

If she lost this baby, how long would her marriage to Tyrone even last?

How much longer would she get to enjoy the happiness and security Tyrone brought her?

She felt afraid, and terribly uncertain.

“Don’t worry,” Tyrone reassured her as they left the hospital, his hand firmly in hers. “Doctors say that to everyone. As long as you rest and take care of yourself, everything should be fine. Alicia, your studies are still the most important thing right now—pregnancy is just something happening along the way. Don’t stress yourself out.”
