“Come on! We only ate some bitter fruits for dinner last night, and now we’re being tormented by the mouthwatering aroma of roasted meat!”

Grumbling rose among the crew as their stomachs tightened at the scent in the air.

They hadn’t eaten properly since the previous evening. Nadia had vowed to take them hunting today, and that hope was the only thing keeping them going.
