Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 1017

The next day, in Cross Group's CEO office.

Nathan and Penny were in the midst of a conversation. With a smile, she said, "You're really amazing. I've never expected that Corwhale Company would agree to pay up!"

Nathan said flatly, "That Jonas guy is very cunning. Hopefully, he will pay us back and not attempt any funny business.”

At that moment, Penny's assistant, Jenny, knocked on the door and entered the room.

She informed courteously, "President Smith, there's a group of people outside, and their leader is the self-proclaimed third master of the Cross Clan, Gregory Cross. He even said that he's Mr. Cross's elder, and he requests an audience with you."

The third master of the Cross Clan, Gregory Cross!

Nathan and Penny exchanged a glance. It seems like Jonas really doesn't want to pay up. He even asked an elder from the

clan for help!

Nathan said calmly, "Just let him in since he's already here. I'm curious as to why he's here as well!"

The leader of the group was a man in his fifties. He was dressed even more fashionably than youngsters, wearing a floral shirt matched with a Patek Philippe watch worth millions.

This man was the third master of the Cross Clan, Gregory Cross, and behind him were Jonas and several bodyguards.

Jenny showed Gregory the way as she said politely, "Mr. Cross, please come this way."

In response, Gregory pinched her butt cheeks and broke into a perverted smile. "Thank you, Ms. Jenny.”

Jenny flushed with shock and anger, but she wasn't in the position to lose her temper.

Nathan frowned when he saw what happened, while Penny's expression darkened instantly.

At that moment, Gregory cast his gaze over Nathan and Penny. He couldn't help but let out a gasp of admiration when he saw Penny.

He then grinned at Nathan and asked, "Are you a collateral descendant of the Cross Clan, Nathan Cross?"

Nathan replied calmly, "I'm Nathan Cross from the Cross family in Northania!"
