Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 1061

Nathan said coldly, "Yes, diplomatic immunity works for regular crimes. However, you are now suspected to be a threat to our national security, so you'd better stay here."

Shocked and angry, William warned, "Nathan Cross, you'd better not cross the line. Even though you are the General of the North, I am not a nobody. My father will definitely come and save me, so you just watch out."

Nathan smiled and turned to leave because he could not be bothered to continue talking to this kid.

Swiftly, Nathan and Colin went into the prison's office together with George.

When everyone was seated, Nathan asked George, "How many guards do you have here?"

George answered loudly, "Sir, we have a total of thirteen officers and guards!"

Nathan nodded, "William is not any commoner. His father is the king of

Eagleland, Cicero. William is his only child. Since he was not able to save William through diplomatic means, he might resort to extreme measures or even send someone on a jailbreak mission. You all need to be extra cautious. I will instruct Franklin Wilson to allocate more guards to you to reinforce your defensive strength."

George replied in a low voice. "Yes, Sir!"

At this very moment, the alarm rang and army dogs barked loudly.

George and his eight men's faces instantly changed. George said, "That is not good. Something is up.”

Nathan frowned. "Let's go out and take a look.”

Soon, Nathan, Colin, George, and the rest of the team left the office for the front yard, only to realize that the front gate had been forced open.

A group of uninvited guests had broken into the Mid Channing prison.

Leading the pack was a young man dressed in a white suit. Next to him was a middle-aged man dressed in a major's uniform. Behind them were their men in either camouflage or black suits.

Two prison guards were down on the ground, wounded.
