In Brimmopolis, at the Westwood family residence.
Tristan sat on a chair with a sullen face as he had just received the news of his daughter and former disciple, Cooper getting into trouble in Channing. They had been arrested for severe judgement.
He could not even find out the current condition of his daughter and Cooper even via his connections.
The relevant department only told him that Yvonne and Cooper had committed a serious crime, so they were undergoing an investigation. He was not allowed to ask about the progress and the outcome of the case as these were classified pieces of information.
Tristan was utterly dumbstruck by the news.
He wondered who Nathan Cross was and just how powerful he had to be to make his daughter and Cooper face such a harsh consequence for going against him.
Despite his awareness that Nathan was no ordinary man, his resolution to take vengeance for his son did not waver.
He had spent his entire life paving the way for his son to return to the Westwood family and carry on the family lineage.
Now that he had lost his son, he had nothing else to care or worry about. Revenge and resentment were all that was left in his mind.
His daughter and Cooper's defeat made him realize that it would be difficult for him to deal with Nathan directly.
He squinted his eyes while sitting in his study in the dark for a while. Afterwards, he picked up his phone and dialed a number, whose owner he had not contacted in a long time.
The call was picked up immediately.
A croaky yet firm voice of an old man came from the other side of the phone. "Mr. Westwood, it's been ages since we've last spoken."
Tristan said coldly, "Odysseus, I saved your life at the sea before. So you said you owed me a favor. It's time for you to repay me.
Odysseus was a local and the most powerful pirate at the sea around Channing. He was widely known as Mr. Blackwood.
