Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 1737

Meanwhile, in the headquarter of North Army, Nathan was in the middle of a conference with Fang, Destroyer, and Heptakill.

According to the intel they had gathered, Xyperia never showed any signs of waging war against the North.

Thus, Nathan was certain the Cabinet had dispatched him back to the North because of the Goldstein family and Clifford's instructions. Perhaps it was part of their conspiracy to get their hands on his loved ones.

After he dismissed his subordinates, he brought Colin and the Elite Eight back to his office.

Along with two nurses by his side, a doctor had been waiting for Nathan in his office.

“General!” As the doctor greeted Nathan, the nurses by his side bowed at Nathan's presence.

Nathan waved and said, “Please be at ease, Dr. Sugg. I have summoned you and your team because I need the mask that has been developed to disguise one's look. Have you brought it along with you?”

Dr. Sugg was the research personnel affiliated with the army. His name was Caspar.

He was the person in charge of the development of Mask of Disguise, the advanced technology capable of changing a person's look.

The mask was made out of graphene, a durable material that was thinner than hair. As soon as another person put it on, they could disguise their look.

It was one of the many special types of equipment that was devised by the army for the personnel from the intelligence department.

As long as they had access to such a mask, they could change their look should they need to infiltrate another nation to gather intel for the country.

In fact, the mask could even deceive the top-notch biometric device that was developed to detect unusual facial expressions that were usually associated with such a mask.

Therefore, no ordinary man could tell those who had put on Mask of Disguise without the aid of advanced devices.

Caspar replied courteously, “General, I have everything you need with me. These are the masks we possess. As you can see, we have about a hundred different looks, and all of them are brand new. Please choose the one you deem

suitable for your mission.”

He switched on his laptop and showed Nathan the album that contained about a hundred different faces.

Colin frowned when he caught a glimpse of the masks that were available. “Huh? Are these the only ones we have? Don't you have any goodlooking mask?”
