Nathan raised his lips. “One billion in exchange for my life? This is too cheap.”
Fierus and Jada couldn't help but gave each other a look.
One billion is considered cheap?
Nathan looked at the two of them with a faint smile. “I think your lives are worth much more than mine, at least five billion, I would say.”
Fierus and Jada exchanged looks once again.
What is he saying?Could it be that he's spouting nonsense since he's about to die?He wants to pay more ransom because he's rich?
Fierus narrowed his eyes and said coldly, “What are you implying?”
Jada added, “Could it be that you want to pay a ransom in exchange for your life?”
Nathan nodded. “Yes, ransom.”
Fierus and Jada's eyes lit up upon hearing that.
They had encountered numerous people who offered them money in exchange for their lives during their mission to kill.
However, they still killed after receiving the money.
That way, they would receive a lump sum of money out of the blue while completing the task assigned by their client.
This trick never failed.
This chap wants to pay a ransom in exchange for his life.
Jada smiled wryly. “Tch. How much are you willing to pay?”
Nathan replied with a smile. “As I mentioned earlier, at least five billion.”
Jada and Fierus were overjoyed.
Fierus laughed wickedly. “Good. We will let you live if you pay us five billion.”
Jada warned, “But, not only will you die a terrible death if you play tricks on us, we will also kill your entire family.”
Nathan shook his head and smiled. “I think you've misunderstood. The ransom is not for me, but for the both of you. You have to pay five billion ransom if the both of you want to live. I will use the money to do good so as to atone for your sms.
What?
Jada and Fierus were taken aback.
Is he a fool? How dare he demand for a ransom when he's about to die?
