Nathan turned to face Yardley. “You cheated Mr. Windsor's abstract painting, so I want you to turn yourself in. Any questions?”
Yardley gritted his teeth. “No problem!”
Nathan nodded. “Good. Turn yourself in right this instance. Don't even think of running away. I can find you no matter where you are. Moreover, you're finished if you try to run away.”
Yardley stared at Nathan in fear and agreed to it in a low voice.
Nathan gave him the feeling that he was strong, powerful, mysterious, and downright scary.
He had originally tried to escape by bus but was caught by Nathan's men along the way.
Moreover, Nathan and Colin single-handedly wiped out Hansel's base camp. This showed how strong and powerful Nathan actually was.
He didn't even dare to think of trying anything funny with Nathan. With that, Yardley left to turn himself in at the nearest police station.
Nathan's gaze landed on Hansel after Yardley left the scene.
Hansel wasn't very scared of Nathan since he used to get into fights all the time. At the moment, his eyes were full of hatred as he glared at Nathan dangerously.
He licked his lips and said coldly, “What about me? How are you going to deal with me? Are you going to ask me to turn myself in as well? Hehe, you probably don't know, but I have connections to the upper class and the underworld in Brimmopolis. Believe it or not, nothing will happen to me even if I turn myself in.”
Nathan lifted the corners of his lips. “You're pretty capable. No wonder you dare to kill wantonly. I saw your subordinates dragging two bodies out on my way in. You're the one who killed them, right?”
Hansel sneered upon hearing his words. “Are you scared now? Do you regret messing with me? Brat, everyone in Brimmopolis who dared mess with me ended up dead. I'm a vengeful person and you've left a deep impression on me. I will make you and your family pay after this. If you get on your knees and beg for forgiveness now, I will consider letting your family off. Keep in mind I just said I'll consider, haha!”
As he spoke, countless men with samurai swords surrounded the study.
They were all Hansel's subordinates.
These men came when they heard that their boss had been ambushed in his study room.
However, they were waiting to strike when they noticed that Hansel was injured.
Hansel had also noticed that his study had been surrounded by his men. That was why he dared speak to Nathan in such a bold manner.
Yet, Nathan ignored the fact that he was being surrounded by these men.
