Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 2142

Right after he posed the obnoxious question, Killer Clown dragged Penny to the left side and threw her off the cathedral. Almost simultaneously, he threw Queenie off the right side of the cathedral.

The two of them were thrown off in different sides of the building with their faces down, and they shrieked out of fear.

“You have a death wish!”

His body moved swiftly after he bellowed at the man.

Killer Clown had considered himself a worldclass elite fighter. However, even he was taken aback by Nathan's seemingly inhuman speed.

The latter had appeared right in front of Killer

Clown in a dash. He could not even discern any movements of the lightning-fast man. As prideful as he was about his own capabilities, Killer Clown was unable to trace Nathan's nimble movements.

He is actually... good.

Killer Clown had never encountered an opponent as strong as Nathan before.

An overwhelming sense of trepidation washed over the man as he let out an odd cry and attacked Nathan with all his might.

However, his chest had already suffered a blow from Nathan just when he lifted his hand.

Bang!

Sounds of Killer Clown's bones cracking filled the air as the man kneeled to the floor, his face

twisted in agony.

After whacking the clown-like man, Nathan wasted no time and pulled at a rope used to secure banners, and he leaped toward Penny at the same time.

Penny was about to fall when Nathan had already dashed over to her side and locked her in his embrace.

He waved the rope in his other hand and managed to secure Queenie's legs with the other end of the rope.

With a hard tug, Queenie was dragged right up. Nathan held the two in his embrace tightly.

Whoosh!

The other end of the rope could not stand the weight of the three of them and was dragged

right down with the banner.

Albeit being slowed down by the tugging of the banner, it did not stop the trio from falling off the cathedral with increasing acceleration.

There was a car parked right beneath them.
