Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 2364

“How about the woman who tried to use the child to marry into the family?” Nathan asked again.

Bowen replied, “After she failed to do so and lost her child, she became mentally ill. In the end, she passed away two years later.”

Penny's birth mother is dead!

Nathan uttered coldly, “You sc*mbag.”

Bowen displayed a helpless smile. “You're right. I am a sc*mbag. My family arranged everything for me, including a marriage to a fine lady.

But still, I fell in love with another woman. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to give her anything. In the end, I even caused her to lose her life. Our lost child is probably still wandering the streets. Needless to say, I owe them a lot.”

“So the way you pay back your daughter is to take over her company and work with outsiders to go against her and even kill her husband and child?”

Bowen was rendered speechless. His face turned red instantly.

Nathan continued, “To be honest, I wanted to shoot you dead, but I am worried that my wife might forgive you in the future. What if she wants to meet you but finds out that I killed you? She would blame me forever. Hence, for my wife's sake, I will let you live. But keep this in your mind. If I want to kill you, I can appear before you and do so anytime. It would be as easy as killing an ant. Do you understand?”

Bowed shivered as cold sweat rolled down his forehead. “Yes, I understand.”

Nathan grabbed his pistol and stood up. “Remember, you are not allowed to step foot into Eurasia from now on. You and the Camden family are not allowed to show up in front of my wife again. You will never see her again unless she wants to see you.”

Bowen replied, “Okay, I got it.”

Nathan raised his hand and used his pistol to hit Bowen's face fiercely.

With a grunt, Bowen collapsed to the ground in pain. Blood rolled down his cheek.

“This is the punishment for kidnapping my daughter.”

Upon saying that, Nathan took out a handkerchief and wiped the blood on the pistol. Then, he turned abruptly and disappeared into the darkness.

Not long after, the bodyguards and servants rushed to the scene after hearing the fuss.
