Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 238

Immediately, the two of them were hauled up by the men.

With two gunshots, both Jerry Zabinski and Giovanni Russo fell to the ground in a puddle of blood.

The soldiers then reported to Franklin Wilson. "Sir, we have completed the mission, sir."

Franklin Wilson then said coldly, "Send their bodies back to the Russo and Zabinski families as a warning to the others."

Russell Crow could not help but chime in. "Major-General Wilson, Jerry Zabinski, and Giovanni Russo have definitely brought about their own ending. However, I feel that it would be better to have someone else send their bodies back. Just in case the two families kick a big fuss out of this..."

Franklin Wilson said coldly, "I have never taken these two families into consideration at all. How dare they offend Mr. Cross? They should count their

blessings that I did not wipe them out"

Russell Crow continued, "Major-General Wilson, I know that to you and Mr. Cross, the Zabinskis and the Russos are nothing. However, if they spread the news about this, it would have a negative impact on your good name."

Franklin snorted. "What is a little dent on my reputation compared to the need to defend Mr. Cross's dignity?"

Francis Talbot and Russell Crow turned towards Nathan Cross helplessly.

Nathan smiled as he understood that they felt that Franklin's identity was far too sensitive for such an action.

If the news got out, the ripple effect could become uncontrollable, so they were merely suggesting that actions should be carried out in a more subdued manner.

Nathan patted Franklin on his shoulder and smiled, "Hey Wilson, let the subordinates do the job, shall we? We don't want it to come from you."

Nathan did not give Franklin any chance to reply when he immediately instructed Colin. "Get Thomas to come here and send both the bodies back to their respective families. At the same time, remind them that they have only one week left to go into seclusion, as I have instructed."

Colin replied, "Yes, sir!"

Nathan took a look at Jerry and Giovanni's bodyguards before instructing Franklin. "I'll leave all these felons to you. Arrange for them to go somewhere to be retrained for a few years."

Franklin responded immediately, "Yes, Sir!"
