Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 2767

“Thunder Rending Fist!”

Rushing toward Colin like an enraged dragon, Bedlam threw a heavy punch in his direction.

He was beyond pissed at Colin's remark saying he was arrogant earlier. As such, he decided to end the fight at once with his deadliest punch.

Colin did not move nor dodge out of the way. Instead, he employed the most common countermove used in the military and met Bedlam's punch head-on.

Bam!

The two men's fists collided, and like a cannonball shot out of a cannon, the sound of the impact was deafening.

The resulting wind from the blow was like a devastating wave, crashing into the various antiques in the house and smashing them to smithereens.

Colin and Bedlam each took a few steps back, their first encounter ended up in a draw.

At the same time, Ava had started engaging Mayhem.

“Thunderbolt Smash!”

Mayhem roared and splayed his hand, sending his palm hurtling in Ava’s direction.

With her agile and petite body, Ava dashed toward Mayhem as well while thrusting her palm out.

Boom!

The two palms met, resulting in a thunderous bang. Sparks flew and crackled in their surroundings.

Ava felt her hand go numb and took a few steps back. Does his Thunderous Smash actually have lightning elements in them?

Of course, Mayhem wasn't in a much better state either.

He had also staggered back a few meters and was shocked at how his arm had gone numb. He felt his organs churning and was on the verge of coughing up blood.

Luckily, he reacted in time and was able to swallow the blood that had risen up his throat in order to keep his pride intact.

That first confrontation was all the Chaotic Duo needed to know that their opponents' capabilities weren't any less inferior to theirs.

Mayhem and Bedlam were twins that grew up learning martial arts together. After fighting and killing together for so long, the brothers have long since achieved a state of oneness, and they knew each other like the back of their hands.

When they exchanged blows with their opponents and were made aware of just how tough they were, they became wary instantly. Realizing that they couldn't finish their opponents quickly, they did the next best thing.

The Chaotic Duo gave up on fighting Colin and Ava and rushed toward Nathan in unison.

Boom!

The sound of the explosion dragged on for a while.

As it turned out, when the three of them exchanged blows with their fists and palms, a huge wave of air was generated before it crashed into their surroundings.

The surrounding furniture and antiques were all overturned by the shock wave.

Meanwhile, Colin and Ava held their ground, withstanding the powerful wave directly.

As for Quintin, since he wasn't that proficient in martial arts, he was sent flying back by the shock wave until he hit the wall hard. Slumping down to the floor, he looked to be in a rather pathetic state with his badly bruised face.

The Chaotic Duo was also sent flying by Nathan's attack.

The two hit the wall as well, but the state they were in was way worse than Quintin's.

Not only did they leave a dent in the wall, but when they fell to the floor, they coughed up mouthfuls of blood. Their faces were deathly pale, making it obvious they had suffered serious injuries.

Mayhem and Bedlam held on to their chests. They couldn't be bothered to wipe off the blood streaming down their mouths as they stared at Nathan, horrified.
