As anger flashed across Moab's eyes, he asserted in an insidious tone, “Don't worry. You won't be the only one dying tonight, as no one will be leaving this ship alive. Shadow Fang warriors, slaughter them all!”
No sooner had Moab given his orders than countless werewolves swarmed toward Colin and Jurgis, howling in the night.
Swoosh!
As quick as lightning, one of the werewolves bore down on Jurgis.
One of his black-clad subordinates called out, “Your Highness, watch out!”
Just as he spoke, he threw himself in front of Jurgis.
Squelch!
With a swipe of his hand, the werewolf easily plunged his claws into the bodyguard's chest. Following through with the attack, he ripped out the bodyguard's heart, killing his victim instantly.
The werewolf cracked a devilish smile before opening his jaws and throwing the still-beating heart into his mouth.
Making a show of chewing on it, he then swallowed it.
“Die, you beast!”
Watching his compatriot die, another ofjurgis' bodyguards was enraged. Leveraging the moment the werewolf was swallowing the heart, the bodyguard circled around the werewolf and landed a powerful punch on his enemy's back.
All ofjurgis' bodyguards were highly skilled and were amongst the most powerful warriors among men.
As a result, the blow unleashed by that bodyguard was strong enough to kill a Initially, he had assumed that he could take the werewolf's life with a single punch.
Little did he expect his hand to feel as if he had struck a piece of metal.
Instead of killing the werewolf, he felt his arm go numb from the impact.
After being hit by the bodyguard's punch, the werewolf staggered two steps forward before steadying himself.
As he gradually turned his head around, blood oozed out the corner of his lips, a sign that he was injured. In spite of his wounds, he was utterly infuriated. Overwhelmed by his animalistic instincts, he threw the bodyguard a predatory glare before baring his fangs with a growl.
Staring fearfully at the terrifying werewolf, the bodyguard felt his heart sink.
Nathan was standing on the deck as he coldly eyed Moab and the Four Generals of Shadow Fang.
All he cared about now was the five enemies before him.
Aware that Nuguri the Shaman had been killed by Nathan, Moab didn't deny the latter's strength.
It was just that he still had no idea about the true extent of Nathan's power.
Therefore, he wasn't in a hurry to attack. Instead, he planned to use the Four Generals to get a feel of Nathan's strength.
Raising his head, he ordered in a deep voice, “The four of you, who is willing to be the first to go out to battle? To kill Nathan and exact revenge for Nuguri?”
From among the Four Generals, the tall and muscular Alastar stepped forward. He was wearing a pair of boxing gloves made of steel.
With his eyes burning with murderous intent, he declared ferociously, “Mr. Nuguri was like a father to me. Therefore, please allow me the opportunity to exact revenge for Mr. Nuguri by personally smashing Nathan with my steel fists.”
Pleased with the response, Moab agreed, “All right, Alastar. You have the honor of being the first to battle.”
