Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 2940

Right then, a thunderous noise that made Jaymes and the others shuddered in fright rang out.

Someone screamed, “Nathan's here! They've blasted open the palace door!”

Colin and two hundred soldiers of the Dragon Warriors had arrived, looking downright murderous.

A small place like Wallera only had over several hundred soldiers. After the battle at the port and the battle at Little Eurasia, most of Wallera's soldiers were dead.

Now, only Jaymes' soldiers were the only soldiers left in the palace.

Colin was holding a submachine gun with one hand as he strode into the palace. On his way in, he lifted his gun and filled the dozens of palace guards in front of him with bullets.

In a cold tone, he said, “Surround this place. Not even a bird is allowed out of here!”

“Yes, Sir!”

Two hundred soldiers of the Dragon Warriors promptly surrounded the place. Armed individuals and individuals who tried to resist were all shot dead.

After a bout of firing, Jaymes' soldiers all lay in pools of blood.

Jaymes paled.

Leighton and the other ministers of Wallera, on the other hand, got to their knees.

Once Colin and his men surrounded Jaymes and the rest, they stopped.

Then, clear footsteps came from the outside.

A man in traditional garb with a solemn expression ambled in. It was Nathan.

The moment Leighton and the other ministers saw him, they lowered their heads even more.

In fact, even Jaymes slumped on his throne with fear written all over his face, his usual tyrannical demeanor nowhere to be found.

Thump, thump, thump.

In the face of the grim reaper, he broke down. He spread his arms and tried to hug Nathan's leg to plead for mercy, but Nathan said to him coldly, “Tell that to those innocent Eurasians you killed when you're dead and on your way to hell!”

With that, he lifted his foot and kicked Jaymes' chin, shattering the latter's jaw.

Jaymes' dead body flew backward until it crashed and crushed the throne.

He was the president of the country, but Nathan had ended his life with just one kick.

Leighton and the others were so frightened by what they had witnessed they ended up on their knees, not daring to even take in a breath too loud.

Nathan then turned around to look at them and said, “I hope Wallera will remember this event well. No matter how far they are, there is no escape for those who cross Eurasia. This is never mere talk. If this happens a second time, Wallera will face annihilation.”

Leighton and the others trembled in fear.

Once Nathan was done speaking, he led Colin and his other men out of the palace.
