Nathan had only just killed Yukio when Kogoro and Shohei launched their attacks simultaneously.
Kogoro's weapon was a katana, while Shohei preferred to wield two swords of different lengths.
As the rain continued to pour, the three swords came swinging toward Nathan at a ferocious speed.
Swish!
To their surprise, however, the latter darted past the blades swiftly and stealthily.
After having ducked the two men's first round of attack, Nathan grabbed the window of opportunity and threw a palm strike to Shohei's chest.
Shocked, Shohei hastily attempted to block the powerful blow by crossing his swords.
Boom!
Alas, not only did Nathan's strike smash the two swords to smithereens, but it also landed squarely on Shohei's chest.
The impact was so strong that the latter instantly flew backward and fell heavily onto the wet, muddy ground.
After a brief struggle to get into a half-kneeling position, Shohei couldn't help but spit out a mouthful of blood.
At the same time, Kogoro seized the opportunity to merge with his katana and slashed at Nathan.
The attack was charged and fast like a bolt of lightning, to the point where even Colin and the Elite Eight secretly feared for Nathan's life.
Nathan, however, remained unfazed in the face of danger. After all, what was there to worry about when he was the strongest fighter in the world?
The next second, he took a quick step back and raised his head ever so slightly, easily dodging Kogoro's lightning-fast katana.
Just like that, all Nathan saw was the glint of the blade as it chipped off a piece of his mask, thereby revealing a little of his face.
As luck would have it, another bolt of lightning lit up the sky right at that moment.
Thanks to the flash of light, Kogoro caught a glimpse of the Eurasian warrior, and only then did he realize how strangely familiar the latter was.
Seconds later, he finally had his eureka moment. “It's you!”
Yes, I recognize him! This Eurasian warrior with the Leviathan mask is none other than Eurasia's God of War, Nathan Cross!
“Now that you know it's me, don't you think you should surrender?” Nathan scoffed.
Kogoro's face instantly darkened. Before anyone else could react, he howled and charged recklessly at Nathan, determined to fight him to the death.
The injured Shohei, who had been watching from a distance, was shaken to the core.
He was stunned at the sheer power of the masked warrior, but more importantly, he had also realized that the warrior was none other than the famed Eurasian God of War, Nathan Cross.
Now that Nathan had killed three out of the Four Gods of Warrior of the Jetroinian Navy, Shohei couldn't help but shudder in fear.
Despite his injury, he made one last attempt to escape by turning and dashing toward the fishing boat by the shore.
“Since Jetroinian Navy's Four Gods of Warrior come as a team, it's only right that you die as a team,” Nathan scoffed.
With that, he calmly raised his right hand, which seemed to have an invisible magnetic force swirling around it.
The raindrops that gathered onto Nathan's palm had quickly merged into a water ball, and with just one push, he sent the ball flying out toward Shohei.
Shohei was still running for his life when he realized something was behind him. Alas, before he could even turn to look, he felt a heavy blow on his back.
Boom!
In just a split second, Shohei's body was flung into the air as it twisted violently. It was also then that the life faded from his eyes...
