Rutger, the Dean of Room of Scorpio, was on duty that day. As soon as the air defense sirens went off, he immediately brought a large group of his subordinates to the scene.
Upon arrival, Rutger saw four mysterious people dressed in black combat uniforms and wearing masks of different animals—dragon, tiger, phoenix, and serpent.
“I don't know how you guys dare to behave unruly in Heavenly City,” Rutger uttered in a deep voice while frowning.
At that moment, Nathan, who stood in front of the others, put his hands behind his back. His eyes behind the dragon mask seemed exceptionally indifferent. Emotionlessly, he stated, “This is giving me the courage.”
Just as he spoke, he raised his right fist.
Rutger was incensed when he saw that.
“You're courting death for using your powers at Heavenly City! I'll personally send you to hell!” Rutger remarked and strode toward Nathan.
An overwhelming pressure started approaching Nathan even before Rutger walked up to him.
At the same time, the warriors of Heavenly City at the scene could also sense the terrifying aura Rutger was emanating.
All the warriors gazed at Rutger in admiration. They got excited as they watched on.
Conversely, Nathan remained indifferent in the face of Rutger's intimidating aura. The former even took the initiative to step forward and charge toward Rutger.
Such a situation was akin to a tiger encountering another tiger in the forest; only one could survive after the unavoidable confrontation.
At that moment, a menacing glint flashed across Rutger's eyes. With a malicious grin, he voiced, “I've always enjoyed defeating enemies in their area of expertise. Since you're so confident with your fist, I'll punch you to death with mine.”
With that said, he raised his fist and swung it toward Nathan.
A strong wind churned around his fist as he threw his punch, seemingly causing the air around his fist to be heated up.
Nathan could feel a scorching wave of displaced air assaulting his face even before Rutger's fist came close to him.
“All hail Dean Rutger!”
“Glory to Dean Rutger!”
The warriors of Heavenly City at the scene cheered excitedly when they saw Rutger launching Flaming Fist.
As Rutger aimed to punch Nathan in the face, the strength and speed of his fist were akin to a burning meteorite with destructive power.
Unexpectedly, Nathan made a move right before the punch landed on his face.
