Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 3009

“D*mn it!”

Winson, who was closest to Vector, lost his mind when he saw what had happened. He brandished his rapier and lunged maniacally toward Nathan.

He was the primary assailant, with Raimond and Angus working together to support him.

The three of them unleashed more than a dozen slashes in a row.

Nathan faced them calmly and blocked all the attacks of the trio with the broken sword in his hand.

He withstood the first wave of the trio's fiercest attacks before beginning to strike back.

“Are you able to block my blade?”

Having said that, Nathan thrust out the half-broken sword in his hand.

Winson did not expect Nathan to be able to block the frenzied attacks of the three of them, let alone time his strikes so well.

Not only was Nathan's sword fast as lightning, but it also caught the split second when Winson was catching his breath from exhaustion.

Winson turned pale in shock, and he resisted with all his might.

Yet, he was still too late.

His big head was hoisted high as Nathan severed it cleanly from his body with a quick flash of his sword.

Before Winson's headless body even hit the ground, Angus roared in rage and swung his two-handed sword at Nathan in another furious assault.

Nathan raised his sword and let out a series of slashes.

As the two swords clashed continuously, a series of thunderous explosions rang out at the scene.

The intense shockwaves created made it impossible for anyone to get within three meters of the two of them, and thus, unable to intervene in their battle.

Angus' attacks became less potent as time went on.

The moment his attack eased up a little, Nathan extended his blade.

His broken sword passed through Angus' many sword shadows and pierced the latter's heart.

Angus let out an agonized scream and died on the spot.

Within a short period, three out of the Four Angels had perished.

The only one left, Raimond, was enraged when he saw his three companions dead. He stepped on the corpses and blood of his companions before charging desperately toward Nathan.
