Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 3242

Boom!

Nathan lifted a hand and threw a punch straight at the vampire viscount who led the assault.

The vampire viscount's arm exploded from the impact.

“Aaaaah!” the vampire viscount screamed in pain.

Following that, a vampire earl rushed to Nathan and landed a punch on his chest.

Bam!

The dull sound made it sound like his fist had come in contact with a metal board.

Nathan stood there without flinching. Instead, it was the vampire earl's fist that throbbed with pain.

The vampire earl was utterly taken aback.

With a slight quirk of his lip, Nathan retaliated.

Bam!

His fist landed squarely on the vampire earl's face and completely shattered the latter's facial bones.

The vampire earl barely had a chance to scream before he toppled over.

Whoosh!

Now, a vampire marquis took the opportunity to sneak up on Nathan from the side and thrust the magnificent rapier in his hand into Nathan's left armpit.

The rapier sliced through Nathan's clothes and pierced his skin. However, it met with his bone and came to a stop, unable to delve any further.

The vampire marquis' eyes widened in surprise.

With his power and the sharpness of his blade, he had not thought that he would be unable to cut through Nathan's flesh.

To be more precise, he was unable to bury the blade in Nathan's body.

Before he could react, Nathan had made his move.

Snap!

Nathan lifted his fist and brought it down upon the vampire marquis' wrist and kicked at him.

Before Murray's very eyes, Nathan took on the group of vampire elites head-on and the former made no attempts to dodge or shy away from the attacks. Every time he made a move, a vampire elite would fall with an agonized scream.

In just a few minutes, the ground was littered with hundreds of vampire elites.

The vampire elites that lay on the ground ranged from the weakest vampire barons to their strongest vampire marquises.

However, it made no difference to Nathan. None of them was a match for him.

More and more vampire elites and warriors began to gather at the venue.

Soon, there were over a thousand vampires surrounding them.

However, no one dared to stand against Nathan.

After all, the vampires were no fools.

Nathan was a formidable opponent who had a track record of killing two of their vampire princes.

Presently, the pile of vampire elite corpses that lay at his feet was also evidence of his strength. Nathan was not someone just any vampire could take on.

Nathan maintained a calm and subdued expression throughout the exchange.

At a speed visible to the naked eye, Murray's expression began to change dramatically as a pair of skeletal wings burst forth from his back. He had begun to change into his combat form.

Despite that, Nathan was still far stronger than the vampire duke.

Even when Murray used all his powers, he was still no match for Nathan.

Snap!

Finally, Murray's sword was broken by Nathan's sword as it could no longer withstand the pressure.

Nathan's sword slashed down and cleaved through Murray's forehead.

With a whoosh, a red line formed as Nathan cut through Murray, slicing through the vampire's forehead to his nose, and finally to his chin. The latter's face was symmetrically split into two.

Murray's body shuddered as if he was electrocuted. Finally, he stopped moving.

Nathan sheathed his sword and stared at Murray somewhat despondently. “You were an excellent warrior. It's a shame you're a vampire. Otherwise, I would not have killed you.”

Murray's corpse collapsed as the words left Nathan's lips.

With that, Duke Murray was dead.

The vampires surrounding them felt a jolt in their hearts as they stared at Nathan fearfully.

Nathan swept his gaze around. He inquired coldly, “Is there anyone else who wishes to stop me? If there isn't, I'm leaving.”

No one spoke a single word.

Putting his sword away, Nathan turned around and swiftly vanished into the night.
